I've been going to MDP Fitness for more than 5 years and I'm in the best shape of my life. People get tired of the gym because it's same routine. Fred's workouts are different each day and they are not boring. Whatever your physical condition is Fred will create a workout for you. After a short period of time your body will want that daily workout. Your mind is clear to get through your day. The problems of the world don't enter the gym. We're there to work out and Fred makes it fun.

I have been attending MDP fitness for 6 months. I reached out to him about my training to rebuild my muscle mass and muscles. I have had some really good results. I’m down over 15lbs and have rebuilt my muscles and bone mass with Fred’s workout plan for me. So grateful for MDP!

I have been at MDP Fitness for about 8 months now. I am strong and have the energy to play with my kids. I truly enjoy the workout and the wonderful people at MDP. Fred is great at scaling workouts for people of all skill level. Do not be scared to start working out though you haven't worked out in the past. Fred will build you up in no time!

I have been attending MDP for over 2 years now and love it. The training is solid and the workouts are never the same. Fred gives you that extra push to stay motivated and keeps you moving even when you don’t think you have it in you. I like that we spend extra time on technique (when needed) so injuries are prevented. The gym is my happy place and I look forward to our daily workouts!!!

For the first time in a long time, I look forward to working out. The atmosphere and the trainers at MDP are great. Absolutely, love Cheryl's 6am class. She is an excellent trainer that truly cares. Cheryl inspires, motivates, and encourages you. She prepares workouts that will push you and she will make any modifications that are needed.

When Fred told me he was opening a gym I immediately offered to do the 6am class. He is such a positive force I had to be involved in this endeavor. The members are like family, supporting one another to reach their fitness goals. Everyone is welcome no matter their current fitness level.

I have been going to MDP for the past month. Fred makes you feel like family. I consider myself a beginner and he helps you every class while showing you how to do each exercise. Everybody in the class is grouped by the level of intensity for some exercises. It’s a great workout and not an easy workout but always fun!
