Joined the Vicksburg location with a black membership card. Large facility for the size of the town. Easy enrollment. After a light first workout used the shower and changing room area...nice to get done in one spot. Guest wi-fi available and lots of TVs to watch news or sports.

It's not the biggest pf, but it has all you need for a good workout. All the time I was there, the employee was cleaning the machines and men wardrobe. Semi truck parking is available at the far end of the parking lot. Keep it clean truckers, we are not welcome at all locations.

I went there in person to cancel my membership today, two employees both told me that I could NOT cancel because a manager was not present.

I should be allowed to cancel at anytime, in person.

I really did not expect this, due to my work it’s hard for me to find the time to come in person to cancel (we should be allowed to cancel with an email, like in all other gyms I’ve been).

I complained but ultimately they did not allow me to cancel. I got a card with the manager contact and will contact the manager.

Great atmosphere. Equipment was available. Certain strength training equipment specific to location. Rest rooms and entire facility had a clean and neat appearance. StFf was cleaning front entrance upon arrival. Encouraging, rather than intimidating guests. Did 1 hour on treadmill and wasn't ashamed which is new for me. Other places have been very intimidating, such French riviera spa. Where the trainers are always in the heavier people's faces trying to push them past what they are capable of and then scolding them for not being able to meet their expectations initially.

The gym is very clean. Some employees acknowledge clients who enter but many are less than enthusiastic, to put it nicely. Unfortunately they do not enforce the “cell phone conversations in lobby only” policy and almost daily cardio area has patrons talking on the phone. Thankfully they have enough equipment that I can move away from obnoxious callers. 🤨

Plenty of equipment/machines and clean. No personal training provided, no classes offered even though you can sign up for them on the app, staff more interested in chatting with each other and looking at their phones. No one who can instruct on how to use equipment, which makes trying to create a workout beyond difficult. As a Black Card member, don't feel it's worth what I'm paying for.

I opened up a membership in February of 2020. I recently started going back In August so far I have lost 10 pounds. This is the only Gym I have been to where I didn't feel like everyone was looking at me, the staff is very sweet and knowledgeable if you aren't sure how to work the machines you can ask the staff and the machines have a pictured description on them. I would definitely recommend the black card you can do a lot more for only $23 a month.
