I finally gave in and joined the gym this month. It has been on my mind to do this for sometime now. I can honestly say that this has been one of my best moves - pun intended! LOL. Seriously, the atmosphere is wonderful. It is pleasant and friendly every time I go.
James, my trainer, is great! He is very knowledgeable about your body and about nutrition. He knows how to train as well as what is good, and bad, for your body. I look forward to each session. Iām learning how to tone and have a more fit, and healthier body.
