It’s been almost a year since I joined The Workout Place, and I’m so thankful that I did! I’m stronger and healthier, and have been so much more consistent thanks to the accountability and encouragement of this community. TWP has been a game-changer for my health—I push myself harder and have learned so much. It’s also been a great way to meet and get to know more people in my community. The Workout Place encourages, supports, and pushes you to be your best self. From beginners to experts, there is a place for everyone to come and be a part of the community. Kin works right alongside you to make sure you are focused on form but also ensuring any adjustments need to be made based on where you are in your fitness journey. I have never had the level of community in fitness classes like The Workout Place offers.

The Workout Place experience is like none other. You get personalized workouts and built in accountability with your class. It’s not scary like a big gym, and the workout programming is supported by science and for functional day-to-day movements. Kin is a fantastic coach and source of encouragement. The community-feel of The Workout Place is worth going to a class for alone. I am stronger and more confident because of my experience at The Workout Place. If you’re looking to feel better, you should give a class a try!

I have tried many gyms throughout the years and I never felt comfortable to go back after the first or second class! The Workout Place is a completely different story! From the first time I walked in almost a year ago, I felt like I was apart of a group! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! Coach Kin makes the workouts to fit any stage, even if it’s your first time walking in to a gym and lifting weights! I absolutely love the work out place! The community is incredible. For us, we were looking for a place where my 10 year old son could do strength training as well. Kin has been amazing at not only pushing him but also adapting the movements (when needed) so that my son could do the same.

I can't recommend (TWP) enough! Kin is incredibly the gym is spotless ,the equipment is top-notch, and group fitness classes are challenging but fun . I've really noticed a positive change in my fitness level since joining in January, and the supportive community atmosphere makes coming to the gym a great pleasure.

I joined TWP in September, and it has become a regular part of my weekly routine! I’m new to strength training, but I find the workouts to be well-planned, full of variety, and easy to follow with Coach Kin’s guidance. He is kind, helpful, and patient. I feel encouraged and challenged during workouts by him and others but not pushed past unsafe limits. It’s been so fun to see the progress I’ve made in just a few months! I was looking for a gym to workout at and decided to join The Workout Place and I’m so happy with my choice. Kin is very knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive. He always makes sure I have the correct form and technique. If I’m having trouble he modifies and personalizes the workout for me. I really like the online scheduling system the gym uses. I can easily find a class that suits my availability and track my progress. The location and the gym itself is also nice. What I like the most is that it has a personal touch and a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. It is not crowded or noisy like some other gyms. It’s a place where I can focus on my goals and enjoy my workouts. The price of the gym is also very reasonable. They have different plans to suit different needs and budgets. I think it’s a great value for the money. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and health.
