I live down here part time, and I am used to planet fitness! I have been absolutely happy using this gym for the last year, the ladies at the front are very nice, the equipment is all well kept, the products for sale fit the need of a gym, and I am flat out thankful to have this near my farm! The place is clean and obviously well maintained. I love the card key aspect, allowing me to come in 24 x 7.

The showers are nice and have come in handy during situations where My farm loses water or power. Eventually, I would like to check out their other locations as I have heard several of them around are very, very nice

The new fan is great but we’re not supposed to move it. If you moved it to the middle of the gym from the back corner it would benefit a lot more people.
Also a new mat would be very nice and I think a lot of people would use it.

Great equipment and price very reasonable. I did have a membership at TR Fitness.. all the equipment was run down when something broke down they just took it out and somehow your membership was always constantly going up so 24-hour Elite Gym in Monett a hundred times better than TR Fitness. And they give a military discount TR Fitness does not

My bank reverse the charges in august. For all charges back till may. It is now December and 24 Elite is still trying to take charges from me

I've been begging this lady to cancel my membership for months and it keeps overdrafting my account and she won't stop it.! I have asked her so many times to stop this damn thing and it's not even funny and every month they overdraft my account and every month I asked him to stop and every month they will not! This is the worst gym I've ever seen in my entire life!
Pretty sure this girl just hates men because she treats my wife just fine! In fact I think she gets a little too friendly.
She said I had to come in and sign a piece of paper to cancel my membership so I went in there and then she tells me oh it's done online you have to have $25. It is just withdrawn 25.00 from my bank that day and she wanted me to pay another $25 in cashI.

I like this gym. I’ve been going for a couple years! The front desk girls are friendly and helpful! Plus their tanning beds, are amazing! It’s also a clean gym. The music in there’s great too!

Downfall: it’s hot in there! You walk in, there’s no AC flow EVER!! Also people sitting on machines, just to play on their phones! Which I get that’s probably everywhere, but other than that…I definitely would recommend this gym!

Pretty rad, they got all the equipmentsss, and mirrorsss, and productsss, beveragesss, and merchhh, all the cool things. Super duper clean. Very clear with the rules set in the gym. Oh, they also got tanning thingies if you’re into that. There’s also this one lady at the front, Abril. She’s pretty cool and nice. She’s bilingual and smart, so that really helps. This gym transforms tf out of people. It’s got a great community to it. Great place, great time. I rate 10/10 honks.

Terrible customer service. Been trying to cancel for a long time, working out of state you can't just come in at will. Talked to three different employees, of which all but 1 were quite rude. I don't waste my time writing a review but I'll make an exception for service this extreme. The one lady out of monett said she needed proof that I am out of state, like what? A picture? What does that even mean. When I asked for her name so I could reference our conversation to someone with possibly a better ability to help, she laughed and said I'm not telling you my name. Nor would she get me a management member's phone number. Just an overall bad experience.

Cleanest gym in SWMO. the ladies that work there are always so kind and helpful, not to mention always cleaning. THIS means the world to some of us. The ONLY downfall of this place is the one tv runs non stop FOX NEWS. Would be cool if they had NO NEWS because some of us go to the gym to escape the stress not add to it. Aside from that, I’m gonna miss it when I relocate.

I signed up for a VIP membership on the website because it was advertised that I would get free childcare. I found out later that day that this location does not offer childcare at all. The fact that I was able to pay for a service that this location does not provide is, in fact, false advertisement. I'm fully aware that they provide childcare at other locations, but it can't be that hard to make simple change on the website.

I was able to get the membership cancelled and refunded, thankfully.

The girl at the front desk, pretty sure her name is April, was extremely rude. Just bad business.

I really loved the Monett location. I had to relocate for a job and I was super sad that I had to cancel my contract of 2 years going on 3 :( I hope they can build one in Neosho!! I got a membership at rise365 and the workouts just doesn’t hit the same no more :(

My daughter had a membership at this gym and asked for it to be cancelled. She was charged a fee of $26 to cancel and is continuing to be charged for the membership. If you dont want to have to repeatedly deal with billing issues go somewhere else. They are not friendly, or really helpful at all.
