I love all the different types of equipment to work all parts of your body, but some of the attachments get kind of grimy. Some people don’t clean them off so overtime they get a Little grimy, but the gym is always nice

BUT THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT UNTIL AFTER YOUVE PAID.
We paid over $100 for my husband & I to sign up the same day that we toured the gym. We were never informed that children were not allowed even after mentioning how excited I was to find a place that felt safe as a new mom! Yet of course, after they got our money. They inform us that we cannot have our child ANYWHERE in the gym. He is 3 months old & l am not hiring a babysitter to go to the gym.
After this discussion, we requested a refund as we had only attended the gym twice since signing up. They denied & said they would only give us a half refund, so refund only 1 person.

I've lived all over and this is by far my favorite gym ever! When I lived here I was a member. Unfortunately, I moved away but when I visit, I rush over to train. Every.Single.Time! They have membership.options for all walks of life with super reasonable pricing. Transparent with no hidden fees. A super friendly, and welcoming staff, who ensures everything is kept clean amd tidy. They are always adding rad new equipment, and have a literal supplement store with reasonable pricing at the front. You can tell the owners take pride in what they have created for this community! I friggin love this place! 💪

It’s nice and clean. I’ve been a member for years. But they don’t have family plans anymore. My husband and I pay $42 a month and now we want to add a teenage they want to charge him the full price. It would be $70 a month for three people. I think it’s outrageous. Not family friendly.

I want to give 5-stars so bad because the gym is nice and they have tons of equipment, but I couldn't stay and use the equipment because of the SUPER STRONG PERFUME emanating from the women's locker room. I'm really sad, actually. Had to leave after 20 mins in the weight area because it was so strong. I asked if that was normal or if somebody just sprayed perfume. And it is normal. It is an air freshener that sprays every few minutes. Why, y'all? Please change this for people's respiratory health! 😥

I've been going to this gym for 5 years and have mostly really loved it for the price. They do give a small teacher discount, but I can't remember exactly what it is. For a basic membership that includes childcare, showers, lockers, tanning, red light therapy, and access to their individual-use equipment, the price cannot be beat in the area. To have access to their more specialized equipment and to classes, you have to pay quite a bit extra. That extra price is the only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars. The Y has a better price for those that are looking specifically for classes, but the Y is very busy and I don't think the childcare or facilities are as nice.

The showers are nice and relatively clean most of the time. The childcare is always super sweet to us, too. Even when my kids are acting like fools, the staff are great with them and always keep me in the loop if one of my kids needs intervention from me.

Sunday morning I went at 5:30 am. Was very clean for being available to members 24 hours. Only two other members were there. Plenty of supplies available to self clean after usage. Was surprised to see the showers supplied soap dispensers. Also noticed that they sold prepared, healthy meals for reheating. Equipment is in great shape. I love that they have 24 Elite clothing available for sale.

I was visiting Joplin and when I got to the gym they were being disrespectful to me and my family. Me and my family have been here for a short amount of time and they treated us very poorly. The manager of the gym isa young guy and he has no idea how to treat his customers.the gym also smells like old sweat and is rarely cleaned.
