If I could give zero stars I would. The gym is clean and people were nice. However when I moved out of state they refused to let me cancel until the end of my year. By then I'd moved out of state, I had to call multiple times and email before getting this canceled and then they charged me AGAIN. I have been out of state for over 4 months and they are still charging me for something I can't even access.

It has been the worst experience. I've been charged over $100 since moving because they wouldn't cancel my account. If you plan to sign up for this gym I hope you're planning on being a member for forever because they making canceling pure hell and only give a run around.

I'm sure I'm old school but back in my day there was gym etiquette.when you were done using anything that required free weights you put them back on the stack. I am an 130 pound woman And I walk up to the calf press machine and there are 2 50 pound weights and 2 25s. There's no way I can lift those. I am older but still there's no way I should have to lift those and have to put them back for some lazy person. I guess I expect things to be as courteous as it used to be.....it's up to the gym personel to see things are run right imo. I believe they ask members to but they should review the camera and remind those responsible. Otherwise it's an ok place that's open 24/7 so thats a plus for sure. Pricier than some but thats a choice.

Good gym. Late night workouts good. Constant reminder that if clients don’t pick up weights, put equipment back or wipe down machines after use, they will be subject to fine or revocation of membership. Yet 3 nights in a row I used the Yellow tanning bed and some female has put a nasty pad in the trash and it hasn’t been emptied. Smells like a dead animal. Not a good look when you demand so much from your clients. Isolated incident im sure, but 3 days without emptying the trash?

Just started going to 24hr Elite, have been using the Y the past couple of years. Facility is very clean, well organized and very well equipped. Haven’t seen a broken or damaged piece of equipment yet! Tanning and red light therapy are a huge bonus!

extremely hot in this gym, to the point of being unbearable. it is currently 60 degrees outside and the gym is set at 79 degrees and the thermostat says it’s 78 in there. cancelling my membership bc it smells horrible in there due to the humidity. other locations are fine in temperature so i don’t understand

Overall, cleanness here is great, but I normally go to the 24 in Joplin. I've only ever been here maybe a handful of times. I wasn't pleased today with the first stand-up tanning bed lights. The majority of them were out, so I had to get out and go into a different tanning bed! I hope you guys get this fixed.

We finally just left. We were closest to the Webb City location (to be fair the other locations when visited seemed to be neat, and clean) .
However the Webb location was almost always a dumpster fire.
In all the years I have been a member of facilities, this was by far the dirtiest unkept gym I have ever paid to attend.
We brought our concerns to the main street facility office multiple times, but nothing ever changed despite the staff commenting "we hear that a lot"

Overall a great gym, Lots of people leave a mess behind and don't clear their weights when done but that seems common these days and not really the gym's fault. I think they could rebalance some of the equipment. They have several machines that are popular and always full and several that are never used. That is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. They have tons of cardio equipment that is never full but trying to get on a flat bench or double cables can be a challenge.

I like going to this gym. There could be a few improvements. Equipment really needs cleaned in the exercise section, bathroom/locker room is usually pretty gross, I don’t want to step in the shower and the one men’s stall I cringe walking into. Not of fan of the rules posted everywhere. I just feel like I’m being yelled at. Air conditioner has trouble keeping up on hot summer days and it could be a lot cooler on the regular.
Pros: the staff has always been super nice and helpful, the 24 hr access is nice, the protein snacks and drinks are a nice quick easy grab if needed, divided into three large sections. Price is pretty fair as well.

They offer a fair price for a good gym.

However - the gym is often littered with passive-aggressive notes/rules, which is a little much, and seemingly not enforced anyway (weights not being put back). I recently canceled the secondary membership (I had just paid that month) and was told it'd still be good for the rest of the month, only to find that they already deactivated the card. That was a bit frustrating. Basically 20 bucks down the drain.

They replaced a nice lifting platform with one from Rouge, which is fine, but it isn't installed correctly (missing wood underneath) which causes the tile mats on top to be uneven. This isn't good for deadlifting.

The Webb City location has expanded and they have added new equipment - but I wish they would focus on more useful equipment like a true form treadmill, safety squat bar, bench press stations with spotter arms..etc. But I get that's a bit more of a personal opinion.

I enjoy the facilities. I like the staff. Always clean. And only minor issues with the 24 entrance as sometimes the key scanner doesn't work. I have really only one complaint. I primarily signed on because they were one of the rare few locations that had a racquetball court. At the Carthage location. I've used it a few times, but when I went in a month ago, they were using the room for storage. One of the owners told me it would be a week and it would be empty so we could use it.
It's been over a month and still has equipment stored in it.
Maybe it's just me, but I feel that if you offer a service and I pay for that service, I should be able to USE that service.
I would gladly adjust my rating to 5 stars if not for then this one thing.
