The instructors take the time to encourage you and make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. I love that they know when to push me. Alli and Cassidy have been awesome and make the session great!

I have been going here over 2 years! It's a great workout, the staff is friendly, helpful and always eager to make my workout great. It's a good workout and only take about 45 min from start to finish! It always changes so it's never boring or tedious.

I like how the trainers push you to do more and the encouragement they give throughout the full workout. Super easy to go in and work out and feel like you've accomplished a lot. It's an easy killer 30 minute workout that goes by so fast you can't believe you finished it!

I love 9Round. The trainers are great and helpful. They learn your name and what works best for you. They give you advice on technique and how to get the best from your workouts. The workouts as a whole are very fun and addicting. I've worked out before and have quit many times because I just get bored. At 9round, each day is something new and I like the cardio kickboxing workouts. They are fun, provide a huge calorie burn and I can get more of a work out in 30 mins there than I can in 60 mins or more at another gym just doing an elliptical. So far at 9Round I have lost a total of 30 lbs in about 4 months. My wife lost a total of 45lbs in 6 months. If you are looking for a place that helps you succeed this is the place for you. They have both men and women at all fitness levels so don't worry about not being able to do some of the exercises. In a couple of weeks though, it becomes so much easier!

First of let me start by saying I really don't like working out. I have always found it boring and I tend to look for reasons to justify not going. This place totally changed that!
From the moment I stepped in I just found it to really fit me. It's a quick workout, about 30 min. You can start at anytime so you don't have to follow a schedule. They work your rear end off while you are there. They teach you a lot of very simple things that honestly you could do anywhere but yet so effective.
For those that have never been there, there is basically 9 stations and you do 3 min in each station. About 1/2 you have boxing gloves for and 1/2 just a hand wrap. Every week has different variations of workouts in each station with the exception of the jump rope.
All I can say is that I am miserable by the end of the 9 rounds, feel great on the drive home and look forward to going back as soon as I can. That my friends...has never happened to me before. Give it a try, it might just work for you as well.

Love the personal attention provided by the trainers. They are always enthusiastic and pushing for us to get stronger. I like that you can show up anytime vs having a specific class time. The rounds are different every day so you don't get bored with with working out. Iβm excited about working out every day!

Love this workout and the trainers, they're the best. Motivating, challenging yet non-intimidating. This is a no fuss workout with great results. I tell everyone to try it once and you'll be hooked. I've been a member 4 years and usually make it 3 times a week and wouldn't miss it for the world!

I joined 9Round and I'm completely happy with my choice! This place pushes me like no other! I love that there is no class times or classes to sign up for or that you have to cancel if something comes up, because we all know life happens! So you aren't depriving someone else of getting into the gym. You just show up and jump in on the next bell. Very friendly trainers and they are always watching you and making sure your form is correct. They will provide modifications if and when needed. They will make sure you are using the correct technique when hitting the bags. Oh, and the very best part...punching something!! Because punching people is generally frowned upon...LOL!

If you are looking for a workout that works your whole body in only 30 minutes, 9round is the place to go. All of the trainers and people there are great! There are always trainers there to ask questions and they all know your name. Every trainer is top notch!
