Everyone there is friendly and extremely helpful. I took my son today for the first time for an open play and see if we wanted to sign him up for a class. Wonderful experience! The other kids are very patient and understanding. They are also very inclusive which is great since my son is neurodivergent. **Edited to add: both my son and younger daughter are now in gymnastics classes here.

I bought tickets for Family Playtime. One of my kids got sick and stayed home. An employee made a mistake of not refunding me. The Director called me personally to apologize, refund me and to ensure me this was not their policy. I was also given a credit for an activity there. I really appreciate the customer service and the willingness to take accountability for the mistake! I will be a returning customer!

Our 9 year old daughter absolutely loved the Super Hero camp this summer. She came home everyday and said she had so much fun. We felt there was a lot of creativity put into planning the activities each day, and there was a good mixture of active and down time. Our daughter felt like the counselors were attentive and friendly. She went to this camp without knowing any of the other children, but the staff did a great job of helping her feel comfortable from the start. Great experience overall.

My kids love this place. The coaches work so hard to make it fun and enjoyable for all of the kids. They have worked with us when we had to miss class at the last minute. We have recommended this place to a couple of other families and they have had a similar experience.

Horrible customer service. Coaches for littles are very young and my daughter spent most of the time sitting and waiting. Also, week 2 my daughter got hurt and the coaches were too busy talking they didn't even know she was crying or that she walked off the floor over to me. When I expressed my concerns, they were super snotty.

If you are having a birthday party here be warned that all of your guests will be required to create a username and password with address and phone number so that they can spam you with information. When their system gets hacked, you’ll be responsible for leaking tons of information. Be warned. Apparently we live in a world where displeasure for a policy can’t be expressed. The staff was rude. When I returned to pick up my child they tried intimidating me with 3 police officers on the parking lot.

I have three children who have been attending classes at All American Gymnastics and Super Ninja for a year and a half now. We have always had an exceptionally positive experience with the coaches here. With my kids aging up and switching levels, we have worked with many different coaches. My children have all loved their coaches for being supportive, fun, and helping them improve their skills. I have seen my two daughters evolve from starting as complete rookies to being able to try out and make the competitive gymnastics team. My son who takes Super Ninja classes looks forward to his next Ninja night all week.

The gym itself is clean, modern, and offers a nice capacity. Class flexibility is excellent for families with multiple children so that siblings can generally attend class all at the same time. Plenty of parking is available and getting in and out is never a hassle.

The primary areas where I feel the gym has some room to improve are with overall communication and front desk customer service. That being said, I feel that customer service in most places these days leaves much to be desired. However, it is definitely more frustrating when a service such as this comes with a hefty price tag, compared to so many other sports kids can participate in. While it's certainly not all staff, AAG could drastically improve family loyalty and retention at their gym by training some of those who are the "face" of the organization to be a little friendlier and also less apathetic towards customer frustrations. I worked in Customer Service for many years, so while I have high expectations, I also know that valuing and listening to your customers is essential to keep people coming back.

Overall, for our family, however, the combination of AAG having top notch coaches who have been excellent role models for my kids, in addition to having a clean modern gym, and getting to see my kids improve their skills and simultaneously their confidence is why we choose to stay and not bounce around to other gyms. I feel quite comfortable in recommending AAG to other families.

Our daughter had a BLAST at the Spring break "Fun Day" events she attended. So much so that she did NOT want to leave when it was time to go!!

Our daughter has a very rare genetic disorder that effects speech and mobility adversely. So, when my Husband and I need to look for schools, camps, etc., our level of scrutiny is extremely high due to our daughter's complex care needs. In addition to our daughter's care, diversity is also a huge component for us! I was very impressed to see that AAG supports that vision!

Our experience from concept to completion has been great! From emailing with Megan, reception upon entering, Coach Mike, and all of the other coaches that were pleasant and helpful!

My daughter is on team at AAG, we came from a gym that closed during Covid and were never more welcomed in a facility than we were by the owner, Sue. She and the rest of the staff made us feel extremely welcome, and a part of their family as their team has already been developed for some time. they took us in with open arms and gave us a couple of weeks of a free trial in their team program to be sure it was something that we wanted to commit to. My daughter plans to graduate as a senior athlete from all American, gymnastics and at the age of 10 almost 11am is counting down the days until she can work at the gym and pursue her goals to be a great coach, like the ones who have coached her!

Incredibly poor value for the price. The facilities and the equipment are excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of instructors have decreased over the past year and most instructors now seem to be focused on going through the motions and babysitting, but not instructing. The management and policies were the dealbreaker. They now only offer one makeup session per month and they make it nearly impossible to make up classes. Recently we signed up for a Saturday makeup class and didn’t find out that they weren’t accepted until we suited the girls up and arrived at the gym. That didn’t stop them from charging us a credit for the makeup session. Just poorly run. It’s unfortunate because there aren’t many gyms in the area but I’d rather teach our kids at home than deal with AAG’s lack of professionalism.

Wildly unimpressed. We only lasted a few weeks due to the passive instruction our daughter received in class and the mismanagement of our make up class. We were in the parking lot for an approved make up session when staff called to tell us we couldn’t come due to a scheduled event in the gym. Even though they approved the session request two weeks prior! The staff member was rude, expressed no remorse. We gave a manager a chance to make things right and were again met with poor customer service. We’re done; we gave notice. We’re switching to Olympia. 1/5, do not recommend.

Birthday Party Disappointment.
From start to finish, I felt there was an issue. I booked weeks in advance, had to ask multiple times for waivers for the kids parents to fill out. The day of - still had no waivers. I called them 10 times day of, not a single time did anyone answer the phone. We were told to arrive at 4:15pm for our 4:30 party. We would be placed into our party room at 415 and begin the party on time. With no one having a waiver filled out and I was bringing 14 kids without their parents, I knew I needed to get there a little early to fill all of them out. We walk in at 4pm and very obviously bothered the front desk person who informed me on 3 different occasions within the first few minutes that we were early and they aren’t ready for us. I let them know we didn’t have the forms & the lady who I spoke with earlier that week and asked to send them again wanted to argue with me that she sent them. Again, I DID NOT HAVE THEM. 415 rolls around, our room isn’t ready. 430 rolls around the kids are getting antsy and want to play and are told by the employees they just all need to sit down and quiet down. 14 11 year old girls at a birthday party, cmon! 440 they’re finally ready for them to stretch. They go out to the floor for their 1 hour of play (50 minutes) and everything is fine. They’re having fun. Last 30 minutes we have in the party room area. We do cake & snacks right away. The worker walks in, and stuffs all my daughters birthday presents in a trash bag, doesn’t say a word to me. So we have 20 minutes left to do what? They aren’t allowed to play anymore, and you shoved all her presents in a trash bag???? I ask why? And was told “we don’t open presents here”.
Ummm what?? She isn’t even given the option to open her presents at her party??
Not a single worker came into the party room, they just completely ignored us being there. So we left early.
$360 spent for less than a hour of activity and the staff was so rude to us!! My daughter left her own birthday party upset and got to hear from all her friends on the hour drive home how disappointed everyone was.
Definitely look other places before wasting your time and money.

We have been going here for years but now are pulling our children due to policy changes. We pay monthly and happen to be out of town for a couple of family get togethers so we missed our Saturday classes. In the past we could attend other classes or fun days but now the only other class is after 7pm which is when our very young kid is getting ready for bed (Toddler). We are told that we can't do fun days anymore to use up our credits. I have given them money for a months worth of classes that I can't even use all of and they won't do anything to make it right. We are ending our relationship with this company and won't be back until they give us back some way to use up these credits.
Oh and if you miss two classes in a row, forget it. You can only miss 1 class a month now.

Update: We we're able to move our month credit over to a different class at a different time. We will see how things progress.

The facilities are great. The instructors are great. Everything else is atrocious. The people that answer the phones (when they do, which is rare) are rude and unhelpful. The makeup policy, which they insist you navigate online, is too rigid and limited to achieve making up any classes. So then you call and they get mad that you’ve called about makeup classes. They will at times offer a makeup without formal instruction which is essentially just a strategy to reduce paying for trained instructors. For the price (>$25/session) I think we could at least expect cordiality and respect, but alas this has not been our experience. Our family pays a similar price for swim lessons (which must have larger overheads…) and the customer service and makeup policies have always been reasonable, family-oriented, and geared towards ensuring our children meet their goals and milestones.

Terrible Communication and Lots of Excuses!!!
On multiple occasions upon arriving we were told there was no room for our children who were signed up online and made to wait for the next class (over an hour). We have also been called 30 min prior to the start of class to be told there was no space for our child who was already signed up, and have also been placed in the incorrect class. The website and email communication often times contradicts one another when signing up for an activity night. The times are often off by 30 min or more. We will not be coming back!!!
