We wanted to love this place so badly, as the teacher was nice for the parent/toddler class and it was close to our home, but we had to pull our child out due to the unsanitary conditions of the gym.

I’m not sure it’s ever been cleaned, as there was a thick coat of gray grime on all the mats, not to mention used bandaids all over the place, wads of hair, dried vomit, and dried bloodstains. It is honestly a health hazard at this point.

Very disappointed with the number of children to the adult ratio at the Friday night out. There seemed to be only two adults watching in excess of 60 children. This is not a safe environment.

Only went here for a birthday party, but we enjoyed the place. Equipment was pretty well maintained, clean, and lots of access for littles. The party room was spacious for all the kids and parents. For a birthday, would definitely recommend it for the kids!

It’s a nice gymnastics place, but I pay monthly for. both granddaughters and anymore it seems like the their teacher for their class is never working and they have to go to another class. Usually down a level than what they are in! Very disappointing when u pay $70 a month.

If I could leave less then 1 star I would. If you have young children go somewhere else! The teachers either do nothing with the children or act as a drill sargent and yell at the children. My 5 year old was in a class for 2 months and barely learned anything. We then went to a trial class at Ozark gymnastics and she did more in that 1 hour then she had in 2 months in Nixa.
Do not ever set up on automatic withdrawal because nobody from the office or the owner will respond to you. So if you stop going and try to reach out you are ignored and still charged. The owner does not respond when you bring up concerns or issues. Although she says she would be interested in talking and never gets back to you.
We have had the worst time with All Star Gymnastics from awful customer service, being ignored, charging issues, etc… the worst part was that My daughter loves doing gymnastics and after the teacher yelled and put her down she did not want to do gymnastics anymore. We should build children up not tear them down! They should be ashamed of themselves and should not be teaching young children.

I had my daughters sixth birthday party at the gym this year and it was a wonderful experience. Coach Grace was super helpful and so was the front desk gal. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a fun and affordable kids birthday party! Thank you All Star!!

I booked a birthday party and online states “ Trained professional staff will lead children in gymnastics activities, while including them in an obstacle courses, parachute fun, trampoline, large inflatable castle and much more!” also states that the birthday child receives a free T-shirt. Absolutely none of that happened. No bounce house or obstacle course, no staff on the floor at all, no fee T-shirt. Do not recommend for parties at all.

The little kids have to sit and wait for for each child to take a turn. When a teacher has 8 to 9 kids that are the ages of 3/4 that’s a lot of wait time. Also I canceled going here almost 2 months ago and they continue to keep charging the card. Not to mention they don’t seem to clean to often.

My granddaughter has been taking gymnastics lessons there for about a year and a half. For the gymnastics part, I would definitely give it five stars. She loves it and her instructors seem very good. I'm deleting two stars because three weeks ago we had my granddaughters birthday party there and when I walked into the party room I tripped and fell down, face planted on the floor. This is due to a hazardous uneven entryway between the party room and the waiting area. It is unmarked and about an inch and a half difference in the threshold area. This is the area of liability for them. I reported what happened and the instructor for the birthday party and she asked for my name and number. I would have thought that someone would have called to at least check on me to see if I was okay. It's three weeks later I still have severe bruising down my leg and I've been to the chiropractor several times. (I'm a person with two artificial hip implants and six fused discs in my low back) It's impossible to see an uneven threshold when you're carrying presents walking into a party room. They need to fix it --that's all there is to it. I find it disappointing that no one even called to say, "Are you okay?" The lack of follow-up and the lack of repairs, which I know have not happened because I've been in there since at my granddaughter's practices, is disheartening. I've been a business owner for 24 years and so I truly cannot understand why this part of the customer service has been non-existent. They're lucky and not a person who wants to call one of those television attorneys because it's clearly a liability that needs to be addressed.

Best gym in the area! Professional coaches and staff that truly care about their athletes and families. They teach the correct techniques from the beginning which helps to progress at the right pace for each individual. My daughter has been going to All Star Gym and Cheer for many years now. She started with gymnastics, and is now on her third year of competitive cheer! She lives for this gym. She doesn’t want to be anywhere else or do anything else. The cheer family within this gym is truly a tight knit family. The girls all support one another, and are like sisters. The big girls are so good to the Littles. The coaches are amazing !!!! Many of the coaches have been around forever, and run a tight ship. The girls all love them and have a tremendous amount of respect for them! The owner is wonderful, and very approachable. She’s also very hands on and involved. My daughter is only 9, but in her words, “will always be a Patriot”!

I LOVE this gym! This is my daughters second year in competitive cheer, and she did a year of performance cheer before that. I am AMAZED at the skills she has learned and how good the coaches are with the athletes. They are patient with them, yet stern when necessary. I truly believe they love their jobs and enjoy being there. And my daughter would be at the gym every day of the week if she could. She absolutely loves it!

My daughter has been with All Star since she was 2!
She started with gymnastics & then at 5 a friend invited us to "watch a showcase", needless to say she was hooked on competitive cheer at 1st sight! I think if you're a higher level team that seems to be the focus and may be a good option then. However, Prep felt excluded and left out and they often forgot to include us until we spoke up. Communication was extremely difficult, to the point you felt completely ignored.

I started taking my son to All Star about a year ago. I have known Tammy for a while, and so I was curious to see what the classes would be like. I have to say that I was impressed!

The gym is large and clean. There is an observation area in the top where you can watch your kids.

The coaches are knowledgeable and are good at coaxing the kids (even the unruly ones) into doing the gymnastics moves.

Since my son started he has become more confident and is less scared of trying new things!
