I have been training with Michelle for almost 2 years and I have loved my experience. It has been the longest I have ever stayed with a personal trainer for many reasons. #1 is I don't dread my workouts. Her personal training is really personal. My sessions are tailored to my strength and even down to my cycle and how I feel during certain times of the month. Pushing me when I need it, or monitoring my strength when it failed me. For example, I mentioned to Michelle I was struggling with a weak pelvic floor and was seeing my doctor for it. I wasn't having much success with what my doctor was suggesting. So Michelle researched how to incorporate strengthening exercises into my workouts and in combination a PT, I have improved. Awesome! I don't think I properly thanked her for that. Her workouts aren't boring or repetitive either. She is always adding something new, but I still build on upping my weight with traditional lifting too. Over the last 2 years I feel stronger, more stable(she works on balance a lot) and have even lost 20 lbs. It has been an investment in myself I haven't regretted.
I didn't know Michelle before she started training me, but she has also become a very good friend.

Michelle is wonderful! I was reluctant to start training because I knew it would be a hard project to start. She works with you to create a custom work-out just for you. She is enthusiastic and positive about helping you reach your fitness/strength goals. She is motivating but never pushy and is truly invested in my success. If you are in the market for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend her! I also love the group classes! They aren't too large, so you have that overwhelming feeling. Just the right size and she is cheering you on the whole time. She's an all-star in my book!
