I am torn between 4 and 5 stars I lean toward 4 stars because the gym is small and a series of minor issues add up. Although the interior seems larger than the exterior suggests, the limited space forces some compromises.

On the plus side, the gym stays well maintained and clean. Its location is convenient, and it is usually not busy so you can get a proper workout. The facility offers all the basics along with a dedicated open area that features a high pull-up bar, several plyo boxes, space for calisthenics, olympic bars, and bumper plates. This setup lets you push your lifts when you’re ready.

However, the compact space restricts the range of equipment available. I would benefit from more specialized machines to target the back and an extra squat rack. The gym lacks some accessories needed for cable rows or pull downs, and the pull-down machine falls short for users taller than 5'10". These small issues (and others), taken together, cost the gym one star.

The cardio equipment shows its age, yet all machines remain functional.

I still favor Anytime Fitness over Warehouse 660 because the overall vibe suits my needs and the location is more convenient. While the gym meets the basic requirements for a town like Kirksville, a fresh approach or renovation could improve the experience significantly. I have to imagine that if you were to start an AF from scratch, today, in Kirksville, that facility would be a material improvement over the existing one.

Other reviews talked about issues with cancellation, I have no comment on that since that isn't an issue. However, those issues are more driven by the franchise than by the local owner.

After my two year membership expired, they continued to charge me for well over a year, stating that "we can fill out and sign the 30 day cancellation agreement," meaning
I'd have to travel 30 miles out of my way to sign paperwork and cancel my membership in person. Customer service is certainly not the priority here.

Great place to workout, not too big but not too small either. You don’t have to walk a mile to get to the equipment you want to. It’s also very clean. Gym provides wipes and towels and gets new equipment.

This facility only has one squat rack that is frequently taken. There is one smith machine, however. At least one of the treadmills is usually broken down. AC was busted for a week in the middle of summer. The same water fountain has been broken for about a year now. The most expensive place in town and not at all worth it. Even AFTER your two year contract has ended, they'll slap on an extra month's charges as their 30 day cancellation "policy".

I spoke with someone about the free trail they offered me while I was in Kirksville. The Employee or manager stated to me it wouldn't be in their benefit to offer me this because I wasn't planning on purchasing a membership. Isn't that what a free trial if for. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I had membership at this gym for 2 years. I thought it was a pretty good gym while I lived in Kirksville. When I moved after school and tried to cancel my membership, my troubles began. I returned my key and requested that my membership be canceled, but that didn't stop them from charging me membership fees for months after. I contacted them about this and also about several times where they had charged me for tanning fees for tanning that I never used. The response that I got: "the keys must have gotten mixed up." So, no refund for me. You will stay away from this gym if you don't want battling with them to become your full-time job. Or, if you really like the gym, prepare to change banks to avoid lingering and fraudulent charges. That's what I ended up having to do.
