I joined anytime fitness and I went in and met Jeremy to get all set up. He was very friendly and welcoming, as was all the other staff! He showed me around the gym and showed me how to use the machines I was unsure how to operate. He made feel very welcomed and a lot more comfortable about starting a new gym. The gym was very clean, well organized, has lots to offer, and is an upbeat safe environment! I would highly recommend Anytime fitness in Lebanon if you’re looking to start a new gym!

Honestly, if you're tired of bad attitudes and you're feeling judged just by walking through the doors of a gym, and you're actively looking for a Gym to call home that you don't feel judged just from walking in, and you want to feel encouraged to feel better, get back in shape, I would definitely recommend Anytime Fitness. I visited anytime fitness while on vacation and was warmly received and welcomed to the gym by Jeremy, who gave me a run through the equipment and even a supplement sample for my first workout! The gym itself is very clean, has all the equipment I needed and then some, and was well organized. You can find the normal weights and machines, but it also has supplemental equipment like mini bands, a BOSU ball for balance, and foam rollers, so things you may not have space to travel with but may need on a daily work out regimen. I really appreciated Jeremy's friendly and welcoming attitude and I recommend this gym to anyone passing through and needing a place to work out and feel like home!

I am sad that I am even having to make this review but unfortunately I feel it’s best to in order to warn future customers before they “sign their life away” in a gym membership contract here. First, I would like to mention that Jeremy & his wife are very kind, friendly, & compassionate people. They have been great to us the few times that we have been in contact with them! I have no doubt that if they would’ve been able to speak to us today this experience would’ve been completely different!

However, Alan the manager of this location lacks customer service, compassion, & empathy for paying/loyal customers.

Long story short, my husband & I got a gym membership here about 4 or 5 months ago. We were obviously planning on living in Lebanon long term when we signed our contract. We are both from Lebanon & had no plans to leave. But as we all know, life throws curve balls and sometimes the unexpected becomes reality. Three months into our contract my husband and I had to relocate due to his work & take on a whole new chapter of life. We had to move to Louisiana with about a week of notice. I called the office as soon as I knew we would be relocating and spoke to Jeremy. He told it was no big deal and that I would have to pay $50 to break the contract and that was it. Completely understandable that we had to pay a fee since we were only 3 months into the contract! However, we left town so fast that it upped our mind to go into the gym before leaving and now, 2 months later we are in Louisiana tied to an $80 payment for a gym we cannot even use.

Fast forward to today, my husband called to cancel this membership and pay the $50 cancelation fee. However, Allan answered the phone and met us with unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. After explaining our situation he told us “since you’ve supposedly moved you need to provide proof of your move.” & “if you spoke to the owner on the phone what was his name” as if we were lying about our move & that we spoke to Jeremy?? He also told us that Jeremy and Amy are “new owners” but that he has been the manager since 2007 or something like that— he said he knows the rules implying that the actual owners don’t know the rules like he does.

After telling Allan that we live in a camper & have no way to provide proof of our move since my husband travels for a living (we could have to be in another state tomorrow, his job requires that much travel & it’s that unpredictable— it’s just the line of work he is in! Blue collar folks will understand!) he told us that there must be someway we can prove to him that we actually moved and argued with us about paying the $50. My husband works hard for our money and paying $80 for a gym that we can’t even use is insanity.

It has made me really sad that cancelling a gym membership due to unexpected life changes has to be such a bad expedience when I truly do believe this place has great owners. Kindness goes a long way and unfortunately it’s rare to find. It didn’t have to be this way! All of this over canceling a gym membership!! 😕

My 13 yr old son is getting into weight lifting (I am not) and wanted to go to a "real" gym. This sounded like a great father-son outing, so we ask the owner for a one-day try-out, and he was very helpful and accommodating. We spent over 2 hours there. All the machinery was well maintained, clean and operated well. There seem to be 2-3 options to work out the various muscle groups. There are showers in the bathroom - which would be very important to me, if I was considering a membership. I strongly recommend giving this gym a try.

We are just passing through town on the way to see our grandkids in Indiana and are staying in a campground about 5 miles out of town. I did some research and located this anytime fitness, reached out to them and they said they can do day passes for seven dollars a person a day and we could arrive anytime after 10 AM and before 6 PM. As we have been on the road for a couple weeks, it’s always Helpful to get in a workout.

When we arrived this morning, we filled out the waiver and we’re offered a day pass to check the facilities out. They had the right equipment that we needed today, an elliptical for me and a treadmill for my husband, as well as a large weight area, where we could complete our normal fitness routine. everyone was very friendly and the machines were functional. We really appreciated the opportunity to work out.

I’m definitely saving this place for our next trip as it is nice to know we are welcomed to work out at this facility!

My favorite place we’ve been to, Amy and Jeremy are amazing, kind and friendly people! You’ll notice that they adopt ideas from their favorite features in other gyms, and include them in one building. With that being said, you can tell they care about everyone by their encouraging morals that make them stand out compared to the rest. Amy and Jeremy make sure the environment in this space is safe, and I truly appreciate the comfort that surrounds this gym. I've got about 20 visits under my belt now, going three times a week. It's been great, my first experience going in there Jeremy introduced himself, gave me a tour and even put me through a few workouts. We talked awhile, he's a down to earth guy who's genuinely interested in helping you out anyways he can.

I've also really enjoyed the people who use the gym, they're respectful, responsible and will be happy to help you if you have questions or maybe need some help with your form? They're great for it.

The late night crowd are all my kind of people. Can't recommend it enough.

I like the fact that i can go anytime i choose, especially working the hours i work, from 4:30pm to 3am and i like to go right after work, so Anytime Fitness is exactly what i was looking for, it's like i have the gym all too myself. Alan, who i think is the manager is super kool and knowledgeable, Alan has answered any questioned i have ask but there is one thing, i paid cash up front and i paid for a 2 year membership, but they said it's only good for one year, Anytime Fitness please explain that to me??? They refused to accept veteran disability paperwork to cancel my membership their manager cussing me when I tried his name was alan. Their collections agency is internal credit systems in Durham nc. If you’re going to sign up with this gym, make sure you read the underlying contract terms. They make automatic extensions to your contract. You can sign up for 12 months, and they will end up charging you for 15, 20, as many as they want to charge on your card until you say something to cancel it. Oh, then there’s a 30 -day cancellation fee. And you won’t get any of your money back for the extra months you payed. Very disappointing and a very criminal way to do business through contract extensions that people are unaware of.

BEWARE MILITARY!!! Lived in Lebanon while stationed at Ft. Wood and needed a gym for a little over a year until my separation... they suggested I sign-up for 2 years and then come in with my DD214 when I got out and they would cancel my account without fees or charges... a year later, my wife went in at 9:30am to cancel it and not only was the lady rude to her, but made her wait until NOON just to tell her it wasn't possible to cancel without penalties or fees! FOR REAL?!!!

Luckily Alan the manager honored the promise and we were able to cancel without penalty. Don't speak with the younger lady that works there, deal directly with the manager, he's the only reasonable person there.

If you are a traveler, they DO NOT want your business! I was in town for a conference and begged them to be able to workout at their gym with no such luck. They told me they do NOT sell any passes for people like me. I was shocked since I worked out at this gym the last 2 years i attended the same conference. Apparently there are new owners who do not want travelers working out at their gym. It's unfortunate because it's really the only gym in the area.
