Huge variety of small sized classes- yoga, dance fitness, TRX, hiit, Pound, circuit training, and more!!! Tons of weights, barbells, bands, balls and basically everything you could need ar a gym. Personal training offered too!

I have conquered 2 full weeks at Beyond fitness! It has been an amazing experience! The classes are all guided and the coaches are fantastic. They are all helpful and very positive. The other members are also very supportive.
I have been struggling with meeting personal health goals but the last two weeks have put me back on track!! I can’t wait for my next class!! I definitely recommend Beyond Fitness for your personal fitness needs and goals!!!

This gym is the only place I’ve been where I’ve seen results and reached my goals. The coaches are amazing and supportive. The members are always in a good mood when we leave. I highly recommend trying this gym, you’ll want to come back! I’m so thankful for the patience and support from Casey. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I personally worked with Jen & she really took her time getting to know me and without her I’m not sure I would have been able to reach my goals and see results. I tell everyone about Beyond Fitness!

I have been going to Beyond Fitness for a little over two years now, and I recommend this place to everyone. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking for a change of pace to meet new goals, Casey is your go-to person. The workouts are great and the yoga classes are phenomenal! I use TRX yoga as a stretch recovery for strength training and FIT workouts. And anyone who says yoga isn’t a workout needs to take the SweatAsana class because their view on yoga will quickly change (in a good way!). So, if you’ve ever thought about trying Beyond Fitness DO IT!

Beyond Fitness is such a fun place to work out. It is very much a judgement free atmosphere and the music is always on point. The TRX Yoga class is so empowering and fun that I actually look forward to getting out of bed to make it to the 5:30 AM class.

I have always been a "gym" skeptic...but this place is not what you think! I love yoga with Julie- she is so wise and thoughtful with her practice. Yoga with Casey will definately make you SWEAT! And, TRX, wow! I absolutely love the TRX Strong class. Strength training meets TRX.

I’ve done TRX yoga with Casey a couple of times! This was an extremely new type of fitness to me and she made me actually feel like I knew what the heck I was doing by the time I left. Even if you’re “just a weightlifter” I would 100% recommend any of her classes. She’s extremely encouraging and educational! I also just did an hour stretch recovery with her, and I’ve never felt better. I’ve been putting in more miles per day and she made me feel good as new while also being one of the most personable people in fitness! Casey is the goat

It was recommended i schedule pt and massage for my condition. I scheduled with Brett a week out. Brett text me back with a opening sooner. Friendly staff very accommodating for I arrived early. Brett did a awesome job working with my back and leg conditions. And shared helpful information I glad I booked there and booked follow up appointments as well.

Extremely informative and educational. I am definitely a beginner and have tried working out a few times in the past. Each of those times I was pushed to and beyond my limits. That is definitely not the case at beyond fitness. Through this style of training I am wanting to and look forward to continuing this journey!

Had a really good massage and great service! It was something I would totally do again! They don't just give you a massage but tell you what's tight and what stretches to do to prevent it. Really great all around!

Casey is super nice and very helpful. Explained all the classes they offer and wasn't pushy about signing up for a membership. They also offer open gym, massage and PT as well!!! My friend and I took Alyssa Dance 2 Fit then a TRX Strong class. Dance 2 Fit was a great cardio and dance class. No previous dance experience is required. TRX Strong was more of a workout than expected. I love tabata style workouts and it was better than expected. Mixture of using the TRX, body weight and dumbbells. Plenty of modifications were shown. Looking forward to more dance and TRX classes!!!

I had an absolute blast at my first class here! The facility itself was nice and clean…even had some cute items you could purchase. The owner and the class instructor were both fabulous imo. They made sure to go over the class/moves answering any questions anyone might have and leading by example demonstrating what to do. You could tell they genuinely want you to enjoy your time there. It was a small class compared to some larger places but that’s what I loved about it and all the ladies were friendly absolutely no judgement so it felt like working out with friends. They have some unique classes in the line up I’m excited to go back and try more and I’ll be sure to bring some friends along! My only regret is I haven’t gone sooner!

Casey and her energy is contagious! You can tell her clients love showing up and being there. All of the clients were so welcoming. I had my baby with me and since they are mostly all mom's they helped me with her while I was working out. They even have glow parties sometimes which sounds/looks fun from the videos if have seen. Have fun and workout? I am in.

Had a fantastic time at Beyond Fitness! It was my first time there and the crowd was more than welcoming. I love the slightly smaller class sizes (it allows for a lot more personalized coaching) and the workouts are very easily scaled! If you're brand new to working out or if you've been working out for a while it's a great space to exercise!
