I’m only two classes in but already see a huge improvement on classes from when I did it at a different place with my son. I explained to them where my daughter is at swimming and was able to get her fit in appropriate class rather than just base it off age. She is thriving in a class that she wouldn’t be able to do till another 6 months. Highly recommend.

Having been to another swim school, I was thrilled with the way Big Blue is set up. The parents are seated separately from the kids (in the air conditioning!), which is actually really good for my son. He isn't worried about watching us and we aren't interfering with the lesson. My son actually participated for more than 50% of the class which is a vast improvement from the 30ish% that he was at the other place. The team structured his class like his special education classes and that really did the trick. We are so happy we switched!

We took our three month old to their first swim classes and let me tell you. They were amazing. They definitely get you to do things with your baby that you wouldn't feel comfortable doing alone. I come from a swimming background, but regardless of that, I wanted a structured setting to start teaching my baby. The staff was extremely friendly. And the coaches we're so professional and extremely sweet. They're very comforting and accommodating. I love that the pool is only for swim lessons. The shower area is great. As well as a changing area because they are individual stalls.Therefore, no need to separate. The sign up process is very simple and fast. Were all signed up and plan on coming all summer and fall.

My son has always been terrified of the water, we left our first lesson at big blue swim school and all he had to say was “I had so much fun!” and “when can I go back?” The instructor praised his accomplishments no matter how small, was patient, the facilities were clean, and we were greeted/instructed by many of the staff members to make it a smooth easy process! We love Big Blue! It’s easy to sign up for lessons, and we’re not locked into any contracts or anything. So if we need to pause for a bit due to busy schedules, they make it so easy to do. My daughter (5 years old) took swim lessons here for a couple months. At the beginning of the summer, before taking lessons, she would barely put her face in the water. By August, we couldn’t get her out of the pool! She wants to jump in without us catching her, get dive toys at the bottom, swim in the deep end, and more! Our little one has been swimming at Big Blue since she was 9 months old and is now 2.5. We’ve been with Miranda for most of that time, and words cannnot begin to express how grateful we are for her. Her patience does not go unnoticed, but also she has a way to get through to our girl when she is being goofy and not wanting to listen. We owe our girls success to so many instructors. Big Blue and as our daughter calls her “Ms. Mandy” have become part of our family over the years.

Highly recommend Coach Joe. He gives my son confidence and is a hype man that encourages him to work hard through difficult lessons learning new skills. Grateful to have crossed paths with Joe. Looking forward to more lessons with him at Big Blue!

Love this place! My daughter (4) and nephew (5) have been coming here for lessons for about a year now. Swim instructors and staff are great! They keep kids engaged and make them want to come back to learn more! 100% would recommend!

Maria does a great job engaging the kids. She is fun and gets down on their level to talk with them. She makes them laugh and gives them high fives and word of affirmation. A faster class pace and increased focus on specific swimming targets to achieve better results would be an area of improvement. Overall great job, Maria!

My 5 month old really enjoys the lessons and the staff is so nonweldable and patient. Plus the prices are really reasonable and the app makes check in and class rescheduling a breeze.

Miss Marie has been doing a fabulous job training my son. She knows how to engage with toddlers keeping them excited throughout the sessions while patiently grooming their swimming skills. The Big Blue staff is also very cordial, flexible and does an excellent job in running the place and keeping it neat and clean, my son is enjoying and having a lot of fun!
