I highly recommend. It's a small gym. You generally get to work 1 on 1 with a trainer. Other times the trainer is splitting time between you and another person. They use machines that allow you to get a work out in quickly 30 to 45 . . . And the best part is that you only do that once a week! Yes, only once a week. However, that 30 minute workout is really hard (rest is included). You're giving your maximum effort for a short amount of time. It's hard but hard for a sort time. You'll be miserable for 30 minutes once a week 😁 they have a cardio machine that you can workout on other days of the week if you want to workout more. Membership is $200/month. It think it's worth it if you're busy and don't want to spend too many days in the gym. But it is hard

Life just keeps getting better!
I started with BioFit 4 months ago in an attempt to get healthy and make the most out of my retirement. My life has changed in so many ways in these 4 short months. BioFit has introduced me to phenomenal trainers and a community of amazing people. With their help, I’ve lost 35 lbs, cut my blood pressure meds in half, eliminated pain meds for my knees and have begun to volunteer at a Horse Rescue. Recovery after working for hours at the rescue was miraculous! By the next morning I was completely recovered and ready to go again. One day soon, there will be no recovery needed.

I haven't worked out in years, because I've been lazy and the time commitment. When I learned that I could get a full workout in 30 minutes per week, I was skeptical, but I had to give it a shot. I was impressed (and sold) after the first workout. A couple months later, it continues to get better. It doesn't get easier, it gets better, and I understand the system more each time. I'm trying not to sound like a paid commercial, but it's hard, because it truly is an incredible workout in less than 30 minutes/week. And, it's not just the technology of the machines. Both Andrew and John are great training coaches. They push when they need to push and encourage when they need to encourage. I already feel like a member of the BioFit family. If you know you should work out, but you just can't find the time, do yourself a favor and call to schedule a demonstration. It's not easy, but it's rewarding! The equipment is the best around, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I have the flexibility to shift to any of their locations depending on my need. What’s been most helpful is how the equipment allowed me to overcome major joint injuries where surgery seemed to be the only option.

I cannot say enough about this place and the staff!!! I started at the Richmond heights location a year ago on the recommendation of a friend and was immediately hooked. I’m very busy with outside sales so the convince of a full body workout in a short amount of time was a huge draw.
Then came the results ! I lost 12 lbs and 6% body fat in 5 months going 2 times a week. I was super happy with how I looked at the pool on my vacation and continued to tone into summer. I keep getting stronger and more tone.
I hateeeeee cardio!!! But their Vasper and carol bike both provide a quick cardio session which Is great and the red light sauna is wonderful

By far the most effective and safe way to work out and gain strength, especially as you age. Anyone over 50 should be seriously looking at this technology if they want to preserve their quality of life. My Mom started going to Biofit back in 2021 I believe and from the moment she started, it was…”Biofit this and Biofit that” and “John and Andrew are great!” Well, finally about 8 months ago I joined her with a once a week appointment and now I get it! 🤩 I have NEVER been one to work out other than about 8 months of biweekly barre class I had started prior to Biofit. I thought I was fit. Well, fit enough. I was WRONG!
I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis when I was 5 and was always cautioned about doing things, especially when my joints were hurting and inflamed. Fast forward 40 years, here I am getting my 30 minutes in at Biofit and I have not missed a week since I started January 1st! I was shocked with these strength training exercises that I was able to do with ease. If I’m having issues with painful joints when I show up, we just adjust, adapt, and find a way to safely and comfortably get a workout in geared to MY needs. It’s truly amazing and helps me feel like I’m more like everyone else rather than sitting it out on the sidelines. I am so much stronger than I have ever been, my arthritic pain and inflammation has improved dramatically, and I now have muscle definition in my arms which is pretty cool!
I can tell you that if you have what you think are restrictions to working out, you just might be wrong in that. All the trainers here are AMAZING and really know how to gear each exercise to fit your every need. I’ve always felt safe and extremely comfortable with every single workout I’ve had there. Give them a try and I promise you won’t regret it! Plus, demos are FREE (and so are the hugs from John)!!

Unreal. I spent about a decade going to a traditional gym lifting weights. After taking a few years off to do Qi Gong and Yoga, my strength wasn’t the same when I went back to weight lifting. I just wasn’t getting results. After just one workout with the incredible technology at Biofit and pushing myself to my limits, muscle memory kicked in. 5 days later after the workout I still feel like a hulk. I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular gym after becoming a member of BioFit. It's such a relief to have personalized training and to do workouts designed to maximize gains in minimal time. I’m not a gym rat. I joined another gym (lifetime) for the outdoor pool. I don’t workout. Or so I thought.
When I met John Zarbock, my first thought was “another trainer.” I hadn’t even talked to him yet...that’s how resistant I was to exercise because nothing I had ever tried had worked for me. I’m extremely happy to admit that I was so very wrong.
I could not have guessed that a year after meeting him I would love going to the gym, & working out. This chance meeting has truly changed my life.
I get my workout done in less than 10 mins (effort time). I however end up spending about 2 hours there. I hit the sauna, i do the vibe plate. The AI Bike is amazing! Physically I’m approximately 30-40% stronger than when I started with Freedom Fitness a year ago.
What enabled my improvement, and what keeps me coming back, & keeps me excited about my fitness, is the connections I make here with the people. It’s community. The people that gravitate to John are authentic, motivated, & inspiring.

I have been training with Skip for 9 years. He has adjusted my training sessions to coordinate with all my other activities, such as Skiing, running marathons, and playing tennis. He is always prepared with new training exercises and mixes it up to keep it interesting. Trust me, without him, I would not really push myself to lift and just do more.

Normally I stray from that term but with the cutting-edge technology offered at freedom fitness, it’s true. The adaptive resistance machines adjust to your output and using both eccentric and concentric motions, you can feel the fatigue of an hour’s workout in 5 minutes. If that’s not enough, there’s virtually no risk of injury.
I honestly wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t experienced it first-hand.
On top of the ARX machines, you can use the vibe plate, hypervolt, infrared sauna, joov panel, and full body scanner, and of course drink the charged Kangen water while you’re at it! (The hypervolt and sauna significantly aided my recovery process!)
If you’re at all intrigued, do yourself a favor and come in for a free first session. At the least, you’ll have one of the most memorable gym experiences of your life. At best, you’ll have found your new fitness home.

It really doesn’t make sense until you’ve tried it in person. I worked out for just over 3 minutes and I was more sore than a normal 60-90 minute gym session on my own. Still hurting two days later. Give it a shot and see how effective it is.

My husband and I went to the Grand opening, and we were extremely impressed! The machines learn off of the force exerted by your body to customize your workout! We only exercised for a few minutes and were sore for days afterwards! Erin was really great at explaining all of the equipment and benefits.
