I love this gym. The equipment is new, the place is kept clean. The environment is great. The music playing is christian, so I'm always thinking of God and I find myself praying a lot while I'm working out. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Thank you Daniel for opening up this gym.

Sadly I can’t review this gym well like I had hoped. I went often when I first got my membership but fell off the wagon. I finally decided to cancel my membership and called and they said it was cancelled over the phone. They just continue to take my money and now I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me. It seems that he is only in it for the money because he won’t cancel my membership like the front desk said they did. Hoping to hear back from them since I have left a voicemail and spoke to a lady on the phone but they continue to take a monthly amount.

Overall this is a very well rounded gym, they have all the standard equipment you would expect, members do get 24 Hr. Access and it's extremely clean. There is nothing but good vibes and most importantly the members here are good respectable people. As larger individual I have had some negative experiences at other gyms in the area but Daniel made me feel right at home and I have lost 45 pounds in 3 months. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Not the typical gym . Positive energy, nobody looks at you in a judging way . The smiles and helpful welcoming members are so calming . You always feel welcome and everyone willing to help you if you need it . They also have group exercise classes including line dance and a low impact fun group to get you started moving , they also have an early morning dance class that will get you sweating . I work out with a personal trainer here and just got a membership. My trainer is Travis and he is great at challenging me. The gym is nice and clean and has lots of equipment options. Daniel, the owner, is always helpful and kind. He greets you when you come to the gym and you see him there often. This is a well-organized, well laid out, and very clean gym with member acfess 24/7. I visited today ( from Wichita, Ks), and would definitely join if this facility were near my home.
