Jason is able to motivate and see that you can do more than you expected of yourself. He can adjust any workout or exercise to fit. My older tendons and muscles take longer to adjust after a workout and he is fine with that. There is no shaming in any way. A great group (family) to work out with! Very encouraging!!! I wouldn't be any other place!!!!!

“Yes I know I am WELCOME!”
Now at BBSC, I have taken the soft mound of weakness that I was, and hardened it into something fierce and proud. The reality check came when quarantine was put in place. I needed someone to tell me what to do. Jason knew how to give you a good workout via zoom/skype. He could still see you and give you proper form and instruction. That sold it for me.
Jason gives me certain exercises my MS brain would tell me that I cannot do, like lunges. Even though I have to do them differently than everyone else (slower), I get them done. I combined these regular training sessions weekly with watching my food intake. Soon I was feeling better and stronger. Because it has never been about what I weigh….its always been about how strong I can get.
Now that Jason has his very own perfect location in Oakville, the intensity of my workouts…started carving me up like a turkey. Suddenly my arms are getting more defined and l am looking super badass.
Long story short, in just a four months’ time, being consistent; I am well on my way and I’ve never felt better in my life.
Now I’m addicted, setting new goals for strength, speed and overall fitness to combat multiple sclerosis. Kickboxing class & Barbell Club is one of my favorites. Now I only want to improve. Because at the end of the day (or anytime really), it’s not just about weight loss (which will happen) but it is about leaving a workout knowing I did everything I could to improve me. Thanks BURCHBUILT. Let’s do this!

Jason is very knowledgeable. I don’t feel so awkward working out with the other people because he is there making sure you are doing each exercise properly and cheering you on as you go. Great gym and trainer!

The owner and trainer, Jason, is in a league of his own. Besides being a all around nice guy, he will make muscles you never knew you had get worked out. Every workout is unique and fun.
