I have to say, today’s metabolic conditioning class was probably the hardest workout I’ve done in a looooong time ! I have to give a shout out to my group members and to the trainer who all pushed me to keep going when I was struggling so badly on the dumbbell floor pusher crawls. This is an amazing group of strong, powerful, confident and supportive people who strive to be their best everyday! I am so proud to be a part of this community!

I’ve never been a group fitness person, but when I tried Burn for the 3-day free trial, I absolutely fell in love with it. I show up, do the work, and feel amazing when I leave. I never thought I would be a 5am-workouts person but the vibe is infectious and the community makes it worth it. The trainers are encouraging of what you can do but also strive to help you get stronger. I came in with some physical limitations and have never felt less than anyone else. After years of never managing to get any kind of workout rhythm I finally tried Burn at the suggestion of a family member. Immediately found a fit and a rhythm and have been a consistent joiner since. Good balance of pushing / giving an environment where you can really get stronger and healthier, but also never feel overly targeted or like it’s “too intense”. Just a few months in seeing great results in appearance etc but also just how I feel.
Highly recommend giving it a shot. Their trials also make it very easy

I’ve been “working out” at home but knew I was just going through the motions and not making the progress I wanted.
I started searching for local gyms, and Burn Boot Camp popped up. Being over 60, I was reluctant to visit Burn because I thought I wouldn’t fit in, it wouldn’t be for me. That changed on my first visit back in September.
The staff and members were very welcoming, the workout was well explained- WITH modification options- plenty of space, proper equipment, clean facility and the music - on point!
Six months later and still going strong 💪.

I have now been at Burn Kirkwood for over 2 years, and I love it more and more as time passes on. The community of members and trainers is like no other. We all support one another inside and outside the gym. I’ve personally felt so much love and encouragement from the first day I walked through the doors - and because of that I continue to set and surpass new goals. Love Burn!! The child watch team is the BEST! I felt completely comfortable, right off the bat, leaving my daughter with them. They care for the kids like they are their own. The trainers are also awesome! They take the time to get to know you and help you with wherever you are at in your strength journey. Joining Burn Bootcamp was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I walked in alone, with zero workout experience, just needing something for me after having a child. Four years later, I couldn’t be more proud of myself. I’m stronger, happier, and have made the most amazing, supportive friends along the way.
The trainers and community are truly amazing, they push you to be your best and genuinely want to see you succeed. And the childcare? The best! I’ve been a Burn member for about a year and I love it! There is lots of variety in the workouts so it is engaging and doesn’t get boring. My favorites are the strength focused weight lifting workouts. I have some injuries and the trainers are good about suggesting modifications that allow me to get a good workout without making my injuries worse. I also love the community! It’s very positive and uplifting, and there are people at every level of fitness.

Starting week 3 at burn in Kirkwood and I feel amazing! They push you by encouraging you to keep going! You look around and everyone is working hard and encouraging each other! I needed this! 45 minutes and boom 💥 you’re done! You don’t have to think about creating the workout plan for the week because they’ve got you covered! 10/10 recommend!

Burn changed me.
I was someone who never liked working out. it was miserable, so I avoided it. I would try things — running, CrossFit, yoga — but nothing ever stuck. After my third child turned one, I started at Burn. I honestly can't recall if someone recommended it or if I Googled it and thought, hey, why the heck not?!
That was almost four years ago. I started going 1x/week. Then I increased 1-2x/week, then kept going until I was showing up consistently 4x/week. I've competed in two Level Up Games and grown and pushed myself more than I could have ever imagined. If you had told me four years ago that I would be able to do an unassisted chin-up or push-ups on my toes, I would have laughed you out of the room. Yet, here we are.
The trainers, the staff, the COMMUNITY — they bring the magic every dang day, and I LIVE for it.

Burn bootcamp is amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to get a great workout! The workouts are challenging and the environment and coaches make me want to workout harder than I would if I were on my own. The main reason I joined was because of the included childcare. I have never stuck with a consistent workout like this! As a busy working mom, I love coming to burn where someone tells me exactly what to do and all I have to do is show up and put forth my best effort for 45 minutes. I love each of the trainers for different reasons—but all are incredibly competent, strong and kind. I would NEVER push myself as hard on my own, but seeing people around me working hard too is a huge motivator and offers the accountability I need. Burn is AWESOME! No matter where you are in your fitness journey everyone is welcome! I started at burn modifying my push ups to the wall because of shoulder issues and now I am stronger and most days can do them on the floor. They have helped me with my balance and range of motion. My day is not complete without my burn class! Don’t get me wrong, with every journey there are highs and lows…not every day is a high!!! Though I have been a member since they opened I have had months where I could not go because I tripped over a curb and broke my foot. I joined Burn in October 2022 after almost 10 years of relative inactivity. I was constantly lamenting the “good shape” I used to be in and guilting myself for continuing bad habits. I knew I needed structure to hold me accountable, so when a friend told me about Burn, I figured I’d give it a try. I started Burn 2 months ago and I love that the workouts are always varied and challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. They are constantly pushing me to go further, whether it's by lifting heavier weights or trying more challenging variations of an exercise. With the added bonus of childcare, it’s the perfect place to focus on my fitness while knowing my kids are well cared for!

The signature floating floor helps protect your joints, whether you’re currently dealing with joint issues or want to be proactive and keep them healthy. I tried Burn for the first time earlier this year through a local STL Moms group during a special event they had - and that’s all it took to hook me! That first class was intense and so challenging in all the right ways. I quickly signed up for the promo they had going on and then after that the 12-month membership. I have joined, and quit, a handful of gyms in the St. Louis area. I have been a member of Burn longer than any other. Is it easy? No, but I didn’t sign up for easy. I am one of the oldest members in each camp. Are others members faster/stronger than me?-of course. But I still feel like I belong. The trainers are absolutely amazing. Ok so long post alert but listen, I’ve been a member of Burn Bootcamp Kirkwood for almost a year now and it’s been one of THE BEST HEALTH DECISIONS I’ve ever made for me. I was first introduced through a friend and then took advantage of the fall promos for a while before I found a way to actually commit. Now I go more than my friend, I subscribe to the Youtube channel, swear by the pre work and protein supplements etc. It’s no fuss in my opinion. Once you decide to show up, you really just need to pick the time of your camp because you’ll be instructed on what to do..The 45-minute format is PERFECT for me. There is NO BAD trainer..I have love for them all and they will all push you. It really has transformed the way I take care of me and I’m a fan. The workouts are versatile and functional and challenging..sometimes I feel like we’re training to take on a zombie apocalypse but that’s kind of bad a**. As I close, not only has Burn transformed my body but it’s also transformed my mind.

You won’t find a better gym that offers more. Unlimited camps run by incredible trainers who hold themselves accountable and expect the same from their clients. Free child care with an amazing staff. And if you’re into supplements, you won’t find cleaner, better ingredients. Free focus meetings to help you meet your goals, (whatever they may be) with in-body scanners. But, if you ask any Burn client the best part about it, they will tell you the community. The clients are a team and a family. Run, don’t walk. And no, I don’t work here.

Everyone at Burn is super friendly and encouraging, not just the people that work there - Everyone! Part of the atmosphere at Burn is making you feel welcome, and encouraging you along the path of working to find your best self. It's not competitive, you only compete against yourself and it's so worthwhile when you see improvements along the way. There is no guilt over missed workouts or those weeks where every night has seemed like a cheat meal - they actually encourage selfcare however needed - then keep moving forward. Burn Bootcamp has changed my whole outlook on working out. It’s now just part of my daily routine without even thinking about it. I love that I don’t have to think about what type of workout I’ll have to do that day, or how many reps, or whatever. I just show up, the trainers got my back and push me harder than I knew I could ever go. And not to mention the amazing friends and community I’ve gained. Kind, genuine, down to earth all around awesome women and men. There is absolutely ZERO judgement walking through those doors. And you can feel the love! And the trainers are top notch. I love Burn Boot Camp! About a year ago, a friend of mine convinced me to come with her for a free Saturday class. I loved it so much that I joined shortly after. I love that every workout is different and that there is always a modification. I also love the universal membership!

I can not say enough good things about this gym. I love the variety of protocols and never having the same workout twice. It doesn’t matter if you are a new mom, starting your fitness journey or a fitness veteran BURN provides a workout for all. The facility and equipment are always clean. The best part about burn is the community. Everyone in that room is motivating and encouraging. Never once have I felt judged.

I first walked through the Burn doors 3 years ago at the Manchester location, not knowing anyone and feeling pretty nervous. What really made an impression was how genuine their encouragement and desire to see you succeed was. I have been in and out of gyms throughout college and post grad, finding some motivation here and there but nothing that was consistent. A friend of mine got me into Burn this past June and I haven't looked back since! The workouts change every single day and keep me interested. I feel supported and motivated by the trainers and my fellow campers. I know when I need that extra push that Jen, Lynzee, and Erin and any other of the guest trainers are going to be there to call me out and push me to do my best! It is THE best gym experience I've ever had; I'm actually excited to go to the gym at 6:30 every morning and that's saying something since I'm the furthest thing from a morning person! Group fitness really intimated me before coming to Burn, but now it’s my favorite part of going because of the amazing Burn Kirkwood community. Aside from the positive community, the trainers are AMAZING and support you every step of the way. They challenge you in a way that pushes your limits, but still make you feel accomplished and successful. There are so many members, all with different fitness levels, body types, personalities, etc so everyone feels welcome. The staff is friendly and answers all your questions, plus the free Childwatch is a huge bonus. Burn Bootcamp Kirkwood is truly a gem!

I struggled with finding the time and energy to workout after having two kids. After hearing so many good things about Burn from friends and coworkers, I decided to do a four week trial this summer while I was off work. I was super nervous because I felt so out of shape, but everyone was so supportive and the trainers were amazing at modifying exercises and encouraging me. When the trial was over, I decided to join and am so happy I did. I always thought people who worked out at 5:30 AM were crazy, but now I actually look forward to working out and I feel so good afterwards! I’m so glad I made the decision to join Burn!

Burn is more than a gym, it's a life changing place. The trainers are legit and will always challenge you when you need it most. They are also skilled in provided all modifications. I was able to safely workout until the day before my c-section! And post-partum, I am in better shape that I have been in years!
Membership perks are next level, too. Child watch that my daughters LOVE, focus meetings that keep you on track, and a community that never quits - all included. The flexibility is unmatched. No need to save a treadmill, bike, just show up and go. Highly recommend!

When I first walked into Burn Boot Camp, I immediately felt welcomed by the team and other members. I loved the environment and group-feel. I played collegiate volleyball, so the group fitness aspect was exactly what I was looking for. The trainers challenged me to get uncomfortable, to push outside my comfort zone and helped me grow beyond what I thought was possible.

This is the first gym I have joined where I feel like they help me to make modifications and adjustments to each exercise or movement for my fitness level or injury. I started Burn about a month ago and was so nervous as I have always struggled with my fitness. However those nerves quickly faded because everyone is so welcoming and motivating. The workouts are tough but leave me feeling so strong. The trainers always give modifications which was important to me since I'm a beginner. I have a feeling I'll be going here for a long time!

I started going to BurnBootCamp Kirkwood after my friend recommended it and I’m so happy that I did. I have been going for about 2 months so far and can already tell that I’m getting stronger. I love the variety of exercises, the mix of cardio and strength training, and that there are so many class time options available. Every trainer has been super welcoming, knowledgeable, supportive, encouraging and helpful - always there to help with modifications and to push you when you need to be challenged. No one makes you feel bad if you need to modify for whatever reason or if you need an exercise explained again. There is a great community vibe and it doesn’t take long to feel like this is your second home. Highly recommend checking it out!
