Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I have been going to Burn for about 3 weeks now and just love it!! I look forward to it every morning, knowing the awesome trainers will support me however I come. You are pushed to get stronger but with all the best intentions and care. I feel so good after the work outs and have much more energy to be present to my kids and husband the rest of the day. I joined Burn Boot Camp looking to just show up and have a workout already planned. I show up and have an incredible workout, a positive environment and incredible staff and members. I've been a member since 2022, and not sure where I would be had I not taken the leap to try them for a trial week. I joined Burn Bootcamp when we were stationed on the East Coast. I was 7 months postpartum, away from all family and close friends, and I knew I needed to do something for myself, more for mental health rather than physical. The best thing about Burn is the community and support you'll find here! South County's community is just as amazing as that original community I found on the East Coast. I joined burn boot camp on my 32nd birthday and it was the best present I could've given myself! I am on week 3 and feeling stronger, healthier and more energized. I LOVE this place because it's truly a community you can count on. I found several friends they push me in good way and check on me if I miss any class. The trainers are highly skilled and invested in your progress (and they're all super friendly!). I've reached goals I didn't think were possible at my age (50's) and look forward to my workouts each week for the betterment of both my physical and mental health I cannot think of other place to get health benefit, mentally and physically. For the last decade my workout routine has consisted exclusively of solitary endeavors (bike rides, running, yoga at home) and I stopped picking up weights over 10 years ago due to back issues, so to say that going to Burn 🔥 was out of my comfort zone is quite the understatement. I could not be more happy that I made the choice to give it a try when my wife asked me to come on a random free Saturday. I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you are doubting joining this gym, wait no more! I struggled with making the financial commitment for years and kept paying 30.00/month at my old gym. However, every time I went to my old gym, I didn't feel like I was getting a work out and my weight loss had plateaued.
I did another 4 week trial at Burn and couldn't stop thinking about how I needed that workout everyday. I went home and discussed with my husband and he could tell by my attitude, I needed to join. I broke my plateau and have never regretted joining BURN! The atmosphere, the camaraderie and accountability is like no other. Join! You won't be disappointed.

As someone who has historically not enjoyed exercise, I cannot praise Burn South County highly enough. There is something about being in a room full of people with a shared goal of getting stronger and being their best self that pushes you beyond what you thought you could ever do. The incredible community is made even stronger by the fantastic trainers, Childwatch team, and smiling faces greeting every person who walks in the door - new or familiar. There is such value in being able to go somewhere I can exercise, feel comfortable, feel supported, and know my daughter is having a great time with the other kiddos in a safe environment. Super grateful for this gym and the community it provides. I attend the 5:30am camp daily, which gives me with the space to set my mindset first thing in the morning before anyone else needs me. I've realized that when I come home from Burn, I feel ready to tackle the many physical and emotional agendas that my kids, family, friends, and work will ask of me throughout the day. But more than anything, I believe that by prioritizing my time at Burn, my four kids will realize that mom moves her body daily because it's a lifestyle that she enjoys. Burn is not only the first and only workout I’ve stuck with, but going multiple times a week has become my favorite “me” time. Even when the workouts kick my butt, I leave feeling accomplished and stronger than when I walked in. This might seem like a small thing but the trainers all knew my name within my first week of joining. As a teacher, I know how challenging it can be to remember so many names but I also know how it draws people in.
The gym is always clean and organized. The trainers are all incredibly positive and encouraging. They know how to challenge you and push you so you can improve. I love having a preplanned workout that you can modify up or down as you need for injury or fitness level. The music is good too!

I joined Burn 2 months ago after attending a move at your own pace gym for 2 years. I only signed up for a 30 day promotional period to join my Mom as she had recently just started her fitness journey at Burn. I had no intention of continuing Burn after the 30 day period was over. Shortly after starting, I knew this was the gym for me and signed up for my long term membership. The different workouts keep it exciting and challenging and the staff is friendly and motivating. They offer child watch for those with children. The instructors explain modifications for each exercise to accommodate any injuries. I've given reviews on BURN before, and I'll do it again and again and again. When I say this gym is more than a workout, I mean it. It's a community, family, accountability group, and your biggest cheerleader. All of the trainers are there to help you become the best version of you! They see you giving up, they are calling out your name or coming over to encourage you not to quit. I just reached my 50th class, and they celebrated it with a shout-out and picture. While this may not be your thing, it is a super nice gesture to celebrate accomplishments. It's nice to be seen and heard, and that is exactly what they do. Come in and try a 3 day trial. I promise you'll be wanting to come back for more. I'm there at 4:45 am and the energy is the same as why. I've gone later in the day, so no matter when you go, you'll feel welcome!

I knew after one day I would sign up and that I needed this. The community and friendship here and trainer lead workouts are exactly what I've been looking for. On days I don't want to go, my 2 year old gets me motivated because she wants to go to the gym too. Most importantly, it is a safe, clean and fun environment for her that she also looks forward to. The 45 min work outs and multiple times available make it possible to fit in a workout on busy days. As a busy mom, I have started putting my self care first but it's working because my daughter loves it just as much as I do.

I was given a month trial Burn membership by my daughter , a while back. I went to see what Burn was all about , and now….I’ve been a member of Burn for about 2 months. At 67 years of age , I needed a structured format of exercise along with a strong commitment to get there.
Burn gives me the opportunity to work out in a positive , friendly, welcoming environment. All I have to do is show up and get after it. They have the workout all laid out for us.
WARNING:
I have found that the instructors make it their mission for you to leave there sweating , exhausted, and you will be sore the next day. Along with that they are bent on you getting stronger and stronger. Thats their mission. They assist you with hitting your strength goals.
It has helped me with everyday life movements such as biking , hiking, working , and wrestling the grand kids.

I love coming to the camps.
1. The trainers make sure you get a great work out in and help you be focus on your goals. They meet you where you are at and help modify exercises accordingly.
2. The child care is amazing. I feel very comfortable leaving my kids there and the ladies are incredible with the kids.

I have been a member at Burn since 2022 and I just love it here! Going to Burn has become part of my daily rhythm, I enjoy the physical challenge it gives me but there’s something about doing hard workouts together in a group setting that makes this place unique. We’re encouraged to give high fives and shout outs, and the trainers all lead by example, they’re your biggest cheerleaders while pushing you outside what you thought was your limit. The environment is motivating and uplifting. Plus they take care of some really good practicals, like having childwatch available, free focus meetings with trainers and offering in-body scans that give you a lot more detail than what a scale does. It’s a great place to be- come check it out!

I just recently hit my 400 life time camps! I remember walking through the door for my first trial week thinking these are the most supportive people I’ve ever met. I may not have been the faster or strongest person but I knew I would be challenged by the members to be the best version of myself. I was a new mom and the childcare workers were nothing but the best! My son now runs so fast to the daycare to see his friends! I am the strongest I’ve ever been and I couldn’t be happier with burn. Walking in to a gym as a plus size girl is always intimidating, at first I was shy but VERY quickly everyone at Burn makes you feel welcome. If there are things that you think your body is not ready for, the trainers are there to show you modifications until you are doing things you never thought possible. Some people are doing unassisted pull ups while I'm happy that I can now do a box jump and everyone is just as proud of me. My son also loves the child watch. The best part... Everyone knows your name!

First time my daughter set the example for me by joining Burn South County in May. I survived my first camp in July. Since then, the trainers have done a great job of kicking my butt and making me want to keep coming back. I love the variety and challenge of the camps - no two days are the same. I was apprehensive about deciding to join until I just kept going back. I felt that the bad knees and “temperamental” back would make it a waste of my money. Not so! The trainers have modifications for everything and are so patient. They never hesitate to help when I can’t quite manage a specific exercise. It took me a long time to go into Burn because I was scared. Being an overweight person I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up or I feared being judged. When I finally decided to sign up for the 4 week bootcamp I learned that it was the exact opposite. The instructors and the members are so welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. I’m never able to give up on myself because they won’t let me lol. I just signed an 18 month contract and I can’t wait to see what I accomplish in that time. I stumbled across Burn and decided to check it out. It was during the time that I was doing 75Hard and was bored with my workout routine, not to mention that I could barely see any physical changes from what I was doing. Since then, Burn has been helping me staying on top and reaching my personal goals. Workout everyday is no longer a chore for me, it is a choice, and I think it is because of their structure, trainers, and community!!! Their workout program changes every week. I was simply looking for a gym that could watch my son while I worked out. Burn Boot Camp is so much more! The workouts are motivating, my son loves playing with the other kids at the gym, everything is clean and the focus meetings with the trainers have been so beneficial. I love that I don’t have to plan my workouts. They also have modifications to help with my diastasis recti. I went to BURN with A LOT of hesitation having been to bootcamps in the area. I never felt like I was part of a team, nor did it feel like motivation. I felt it was more story useless telling and a tad rough criticism. I do have thick skin, but I didn’t appreciate the approach of the trainer(s).
I have a home gym in my basement with weights and cardio, but I haven’t been challenging myself the for 2022.
My sister in laws all encouraged me to go with them to BURN, and I loved it! I ended up signing up for a promo they had running.
BURN Bootcamp is phenomenal if you are looking for a motivating, positive, and fun atmosphere!!! The fellow clients are so friendly. The trainers help you with form without criticism, and push you with encouragement!
I now completely understand why BURN is so addicting. (I do wish there was a 10:30a and/or 3:30p class.)

I tried Burn about 5 months ago after a friend kept telling me how great it was. After the first workout, I could barely move my arms! But I’ve been going 5 days a week since! I love starting my day with such a great workout - it makes me feel motivated and good about myself the rest of the day. I’ve been a member of Burn South County since it opened. It is an awesome work out that is always changing and great trainers who push you to try your hardest. The community is amazing! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and did not think I would be able to continue at Burn, but with modifications, encouragement, and time, I am the strongest I’ve ever been at almost 40 years old!

This is more than a gym. It is a whole community and not only are the trainers motivating, they actually know their stuff. As a Physical Therapist, I know what to do, but in mid work out I still lose my form and appreciate the accurate cues to help me out. I also love how no matter what level you are at, you will be challenged- from being pregnant, to a new mom, to even my husband going- everyone gets a challenging and appropriate workout.

I love Burn Boot Camp! My “home gym” is the Kirkwood location, but with the universal membership I am able to go to any location. The South County location is my second “home gym”. I love that every workout is different and there is always a modification. I love being a part of the Burn Community!

I didn't know what to expect when my wife and I started our free trial. I quickly found that the workouts are intense, but the trainers do a great job at modifying exercises so that all fitness levels can participate. I have been coming to Burn SOCO since they opened. Despite my best intentions, I have never before been able to remain committed to a fitness routine or a gym… until Burn. Burn has become a part of my daily routine and my day feels off when I don’t start it at the gym. The workouts are never the same which keeps things interesting.
