If anyone’s having a problem with club fitness not cancelling your membership after you did so, call your bank and tell them it’s fraud. That’s what I did and I got 6 months reimbursed. This was after 3x cancellation including sending a letter, emailing them directly and going in person and doing it on their kiosk. This place is a scam. Don’t get a membership with any gym!

Just went to see about joining. The staff was nice and friendly. Zero complaints in that regard. The plans they offer are quite different than most. They showed me a table with thirty or so options and they all looked nice but ended up the same. Fifty dollars a year and fifty dollars up front but you can cancel any time as long as you have it on auto pay with a card. Overall ok but didn’t much like what they had to offer. Not this location but the business in general. I have been a member for 10 years now and was supposed to be grandfathered in to my price. Without telling you they have continuously increased my price while taking away everything that made club fitness a gym worth going to. I would have kept my membership had this not been the 3rd time in a year that they increased my membership. I want to start off by saying I have never in my life left a bad review. If you would've asked me to rate this gym when I first started working out, I would've given it a 5 star however, I ran into some health issues and needed to cancel my member ship as I couldn't work out for a while. I personally went into the gym to cancel and the guy I spoke with told me everything was taken care of. Today... 2 and 1/2 years later I go to check my credit reports, and I see a collection item (minder I pay everything on time as I am only 20 and want to keep my record good). I called the number on my record and Club Fitness sent me to collections with $267 that I was never ever told to pay and now it has been sitting on there for who knows how long! After I got this paid today, I then called club fitness, and she stated my account was still open!! I even returned my key fobs, never received mail or a phone call after being told in 2022 that my account was closed. I told her the back story about what had happened, and she had 0 remorse and took 0 accountability. As I know it wasn't her fault it was very angering. Like I said I paid it because I am not one to argue but it is just crazy to me that they went to those extents with no warning to me and now it has affected my credit which I have worked so hard for. For the future DON'T tell people their accounts are cancelled, and they are all good if that isn't true. Oh, and get this, they had the audacity while I was on the phone with them to ask if I would like to start a new membership with them. NEVER AGAIN!!! Again, I would never typically take the time out of my day to write a negative review, but people need to be aware of this as I was warned before I got a membership there but didn't listen thinking it wouldn't happen to me!

Very outdated and dirty compared to the other locations. There is always something broke and it takes a long time to fix. Pro is it’s always less busy.

Update: dropped from 3 to 2 stars. They raised the price last year, which I signed up for the highest to keep kids club. The then stopped kids club and tanning at this location permanently this last summer. You could at least use the extra space for more equipment or a sauna. But it just sits there unused.

-Plates are never re-racked from other attendees.

Just started here after years of planet fitness. I will say there needs to be more wipe stations for wiping down machines as I only saw a couple of people do it and had to search for the wipes. They have many more machines and much heavier weights and dumbells than PF, although the building is in need of a remodel. The dumbells are cracked with the plastic peeling up, and the floors are bubbled up in places. The locker room is small and outdated. HOWEVER, even despite all of this, the environment was great, and I liked it very, very much. I hope that, with the membership price being twice that of PF, they can afford to make some improvements in the next few years

Signed an annual contract.. 3 years later I'm still getting charged under my nose. That's not annual. So, fraudulent contracts. Secondly, to cancel your contract you have to write and mail a letter and wait for confirmation.. so it's purposely difficult to cancel. This entire corporation is designed around scams. Absolutely too small for the number of members. The free weights are crowded into the worst part of the gym. The AC in the free weights section doesn’t work, leaks, and constantly fogs up. Old treadmills. Old free weights that are disintegrating. Not to mention the restroom in the women’s has had a floor that has been falling apart for years.

Club Fitness Wentzville is a good location for what it is. Nothing crazy like K&N which is nice cause you don’t have to fight for equipment. Employees are hit or miss, just depends on who is management. Right now it’s pretty good though, I see them really clean up the place compared to what it was before. There is no sauna (unless you count the Group X Studio cause sometimes it is burning in there, plus you’re doing your work out) or burn zone if that’s your thing, but there is Pulse and Hydro beds at least!

This location should offer discounted memberships since they do not offer all the amenities you pay for. No sauna, no private women’s workout area, and the memberships were changed to where if you want to use red light therapy or tanning you have to pay even more a month now. 2 small for the amount of members, cleaning employees would clean the floor around the machine that you are actively using running the vacuum in-between my legs, locker room are little small, I would only recommend this gym if you don't have the time to drive to a different club fitness. Overall the equipment is nice just not enough, and employees don't have the best gym edict.

Don't take your kids to the kids club!! Paid for a year in full and cancelled the next day! I switched to this gym specifically for the kids club (I was a club member back in 2019). I got there and was told since COVID they don't take kids under 2 ( My daughter is 14 months) but no where under the membership plans does it tell you the age limit. You have to actually search thru the amenities to find it. One of the workers said ppl bring kids younger than 2 all the time and said they would take my daughter anyway. I took her in there, went to the locker room to put my stuff away and checked on her right after.. when I looked in the window a much older girl was trying to brush my daughter's hair with some random plastic brush! My daughter was clearly upset and starting to cry, then fell and cried more. The male worker was just sitting there! I immediately went in and took her out. I cancelled as I walked out. They will get no money from me.

My experience at Club Fitness Wentzville has been amazing after trying a few local gyms in the area. Sean was awesome and able to answer my questions since I’m new to the area and wanted to find a gym that offered classes for accountability purposes. The staff is extremely friendly and the fitness instructors are knowledgeable. The Body Pump and yoga classes are great, and I feel a sense of community here. Also, I tried the peanut butter protein shake after working out and it was delicious!

We just moved here from Belleville IL and I was disappointed. Compared to the Belleville CF, the Wentzville location is cramped and dirty. After lifting free weights I washed my hands and the water was brown. There is no space to spread out and it seems like only one of each machine.
