My left leg was hurting because I think I pinched my sciatic nerve last week. I've been nursing it back to health over here at Colaw. I got it back to normal! I think part of the reason is because Colaw has a lot of good equipment and a very positive atmosphere. For a little while I couldn't walk or run. I showed up to work with a cane. They let me go. I was new and already becoming a problem. Take care of your bodies, my friends. Stretch lightly. Be mindful. Set goals and do only what is needed in pursuit of that goal. I hurt my leg because I went for a run without stretching and was a little dehydrated.

Haven’t been to the gym yet, so this review is just about trying to reach them by phone. Equipment might be great, the place might be incredible— I truly have no idea because I can’t get anyone to pick up. The one time they did, it was a quick ‘hello?’ that felt more like I accidentally called someone’s personal phone. Not rude, just confusing. Would love a clearer way to contact the gym so I can actually join. Looking forward to giving a real review once I can talk to someone on purpose.

Great place to get a good workout in or you can tan and best of all is you can choose to pay 8 dollars a month and you can bring 1 friend every time you go they have relaxation beds that vibrate and warm up. Friendly people willingvto help out for us it was a no brainer

Don't sign up they will rob u!! Signed up, stayed for 1 hour, tried to cancel online( which it says u can) 3 days later for unexpected financial issues. Now they say I have to go there to cancel!! Now they are trying to charge me $550!!! For what? I'm in a financial strain right now, u can't get blood from a stone!! Not a very Christian feeling of trying to help people! Should have listened to others telling me not to go here!!

BEWARE WOMAN!!!!
There is a older guy standing by the Colaw fitness front door I guess greeting people, this is fine but it is quite uncomfortable, I came in and forgot my scan card one time he followed me in and was leaning over me looking at my phone while I was trying to get my scan card picture (I couldn’t find) then he very quickly asked me for my phone number and told the front desk guy to check me in I was so uncomfortable, every other visit I come in he stares me down while I am in the car and then proceeds to follow me in with his eyes as I scan in.
