Very nice gym! Me and my dad go there to workout for golf specific reasons-the gym owner is always there and is very knowledgeable on how to help us get in shape 💪🏻. Wide variety of equipment to work out on-and very personalized routines, the trainers are very dedicated and seem to truly want to be there and help each one of their clients!

When I first started training with Matt and the CC team about 2 years ago I was expecting the stereotypical "go hard or go home" style that most trainers like to display. I was surprised by how Matt did one thing that most professionals in every field don't do....he listened. He listened to my goals, paid attention to my weak spots, and pushed me in the areas where it counted the most all while increasing my mobility, flexibility, strength, and conditioning.
This is hands down the best money I've ever spent. It's given me a sharper mind, increased energy, and an overall confidence in my physical ability and body that I haven't had in a very long time. This is one investment in myself that has continued to pay huge dividends. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone; you won't receive anything but the best.

I had never heard of “Functional Training” before I met Matt and the CC Team. I had, however, been a runner, kickboxer, “workout”er for years (and unfortunately kept hurting myself). With Matt’s functional training approach I have now worked out over 600 days consecutively and am in the best shape of my life. Even with an injured shoulder and hectic travel schedule Matt tailored my plan and my goals to my specific and changing needs. Even better, Matt and the CC team have built a super fun community that makes you just *excited* to show up... regardless of your current physical or (Or sometimes mental :) state. As we “level up” in age it’s easy to buy in to what our bodies can and can’t do OR to find trainers who just expect you “go hard” in every workout and the magic will happen. Matt is an expert at understanding your needs and pushing you (wisely) to the next level you didn’t think you could reach. Great coach. Great Trainer. Highly recommend.

Matt is an excellent trainer with a perfect combination of toughness and encouragement. Staying home during my injuries was not an option, rather, he told me to get in there! He places a high value on correct form with each exercise and uses a combination of diverse training methods that are specific to my needs, which improve my balance and my ability to perform physical activities. He is professional and fun, skilled and sensible.

This is my first experience working with a personal trainer i.e. Matt. He was recommended by my Son. He has far exceeded my expectations. He challenges me every session. I've never worked so hard. But, I notice the benefits, strength and muscle tone. He always asks how you're feeling before a session and will adjust the workout accordingly. The workout is customized for you. I don't know how he keeps track of all of us, but he does. You're amazing! Thank you Matt.

Matt Yancey!!!! He’s is by far the greatest trainer anyone could ask for. His knowledge of the body and proper mechanics goes above and beyond. So many Of my clients train at this facility and brag about how amazing they feel and how much Matt has helped not only make them stronger but also aware of the way their bodies should be functioning while even working out on their own.
