I dropped in for a couple classes while in Stl for a week. The people and coaches are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The facility is top-notch, and the workouts were fun and challenging. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting town looking for a welcoming and motivating gym. CrossFit Maryland Heights is awesome!

If you are looking for a gym to help you crush your health and wellness goals, I highly recommend CrossFit Maryland Heights (CFMH). Coach Chris and his team of coaches and nutritionists are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Having been a member of CFMH for over 10 years, I appreciate the incredible community they've built.
Coming from an island where community is everything, it was very refreshing to find a gym where all of the coaches and members feel like my extended family. Coach Chris' programming is world-class! So much so, he has helped me through rehabilitation after my back injury by working with my chiropractor to modify my workouts and support my recovery. I went from being unable to lift a PVC pipe to hitting personal records (PRs) on all my lifts.
The training I have received from him and the other coaches has allowed me to medal in several state powerlifting meets. No matter your age or where you are in your wellness journey, CFMH is the place to be. I look forward to continuing to be part of this incredible community that welcomed me so warmly.

CrossFit Maryland heights is one of THE best places If you are looking for a positive community, no matter what age you are. I’ve never stuck to anything as long as I have with CrossFit Maryland heights. The coaches truly care and ensure your safety. I have been with this gym for over 10 years now and it has also introduced me and trained to other types of events such half marathons, powerlifting, biking etc. I’ve learned so many skills that I can forever be proud of. I can’t imagine trying to go somewhere else, and will avoid moving if it means I never have to leave this gym!

I’ve been a member since I moved to StL 6 years ago. Best CrossFit gym I’ve experienced. The coaches take the time to cover the movements and help you progress. They know how to apply just the right push to get you past your uncertainty.
The community of members is great too. Everyone is there to get fit and are so encouraging and fun to be around. I highly recommend CrossFit Maryland Heights.

I’ve been a member of the powerlifting program at CFMH since January 2023. While here I’ve grown in ways I was never able to in the many years before joining. I’d bounce around and struggle with various issues like boredom, burnout, and lack of motivation. Since becoming a member, I am learning how to be patient, find things I love about lifting, build consistency, and grow into a lifetime of intrinsically fulfilling fitness and strength. The coaches all care and will give the best advice even if I don’t always want to hear it! :)

I’ve been a member of CFMH for a year and a half now. It’s been life changing. As a single mom of an adult child with Autism and busy professional who travels for work, CrossFit was just what I needed to help me focus on my self-care. Before joining, it was rare when I intentionally made time for myself. Here, I’ve been able to maximize my time each session and never leave the gym still ruminating on my daily stressors. There’s never that internal guilt for the 1 hour I set aside, it feels “necessary” now like taking my daily vitamins.

Coach Chris and Coach Adrienne have been instrumental in helping me discover my true fitness potential. I’ve tried other CF gyms and never felt at home like I do here. There’s never a feeling of anything other than acceptance regardless of my lack of “skills” haha. If you’re looking for a gym with a no judgement approach, who will push you at a pace that will expand your mental and physical capacities, who will encourage silliness and laughter, who will even give you a big hug when life is just overwhelming and you would rather cry than workout, join our family at CFMH. Everyone deserves that safe space. ❤️

I have been working out at CrossFit Maryland Heights for over 10 years. This is the best CrossFit gym in St. Louis and I have tried them all. The coaching staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to their members. They do an excellent job of making workouts effective and fun while providing a welcoming atmosphere. Members range from senior citizens to young athletes. If you are looking to find a gym that is fun and friendly, with great coaches this is the place!!

I just started CrossFit for the first time in my life 2 months ago at the age of 53. I hadn't done any serious exercise except for Pickleball in 15 years. I'm usually the oldest one there, but I've never felt anything but welcomed and inspired by the young and younger members. I've tried all sorts of gyms and work outs. Nothing compares to CrossFit Maryland Heights. I've never seen results so quickly as I've seen with CrossFit. It has also significantly improved my confidence and my outlook on the future. I used to think about how to make my house accessible as I age because I was afraid I'd end up in a wheelchair like my Mom due to a sedentary lifestyle. Now, I know that I don't have to end up like that. I can be hiking, playing pickleball, volleyball, tennis, etc well into my 70s if I stick with it. I dog sit and prior to join CrossFit Maryland Heights, I had decided to stop taking on dogs over 50 lb as clients because I was afraid I was no longer strong enough to handle them. I no longer worry about that. And because of that, I've just gotten two new big dog clients that are an absolute joy that I would have missed out on. I know there's a ton of CrossFit gyms in St. Louis, but I'm so glad I found CrossFit Maryland Heights. Coach Chris is inspiring and knowledgeable. He also makes the atmosphere a lot of fun, and I feel like I truly belong to a great group of people. I'm on a tight budget so there's no way I would be paying for this unless it was significantly improving my life, which it is, so it's worth every penny.

I am fairly new to Crossfit and visit this gym when I'm in town. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. The coach and owner, Chris, is kind and gives helpful pointers. My dad is a regular and becomes more ripped by the day - so I believe in their results. I would definitely join this CrossFit if I lived in the area.

This is my first time going ever to the gym and this type of exercise is all new to me. Great place to workout and be part of a community. The coaches really care about your growth and are great at scaling/tailoring the work to match your abilities, previous or existing injuries, pregnancies, etc. I've found a great gym home here and have seen great and measurable improvements in strength, endurance, skill, and overall fitness and performance in the year and a half I've been going here.

I was a member at CrossFit the summer before I left for college. Everyone at the gym is incredibly supportive, and it makes you truly excited to work out each day. The workouts are challenging (for every skill level), but the motivating atmosphere really pushes you to work as hard as you can. I ended up putting on 10 pounds of muscle in 2 months. I highly recommend this gym both for the level of fitness you will achieve and for the supportive community it provides.

I worked out with Cross Fit Maryland Heights over the summer to help prepare me for college track and field. Throughout my time going here I saw noticeable improvement in my strength. Everyone at the gym is really supportive and pushes you to become harder, faster, stronger. Also, the trainers help to make sure that you know the proper techniques before moving you on to heavier weights, which goes missed in a lot of other gyms. I definitely recommend this gym!
