Me, my mom and dad go here often, I enjoy the quiet little place and the friendly people. They have a variety of machines upstairs and downstairs, however, if you're more of the "I want the weight plates" kinda person, they have a good amount of those downstairs. As all gyms are, it is a no judgement zone, and chances are, people are more than willing to help you out if you're struggling with anything. My mom is well acquainted with the gym owners and all the times I've interacted with them, they were very very kind! Overall just an amazing place <3

Hands down the best gym experience I've ever encountered!! I would highly recommend!! There is a strong sense of community here without anyone getting in your way as you train. Everyone helps each other and is never rude. Clean facility, great equipment options, and a fantastic owner!!

I can’t say enough great things about Eagle Fitness! The entire culture they’ve created in this gym is amazing. Everytime I come in the gym I feel like I’m a part of the family. It’s extremely affordable and has great equipment on top of being 24 hours! This is a gym that truly cares about the people who go there

Great place to workout is What I wrote 3 years ago. With everything going on this is one place that will keep you From growing crazy. The owners great And keep the place clean Equipment Organised.
He is also one of the best personal trainers I've ever met. He just has a skill to make your workout challenging enough that you get the results you want.

This gym is clean, has versitile equipment and has an incredibly hard working owner with fabulous customer service. Now due to recent comments I have seen about a "melt down". I was present at this time and they have failed to mention they were not members at the gym and were mistreating the property, not only this but were being so obnoxious to a point that a member had to contact the owner because they were disrupting her workout by playing with the equipment she was trying to use.

Truly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Great environment and has all of the equipment you could need. I’ve been going for years and have never had an issue with anything. The owner Whalen is very relaxed and down to earth, as well as being knowledgeable on the topic of fitness and nutrition. Highly recommend.

Eagle Fitness is the most clean, and friendly gym in the entire KC area. Great atmosphere for working out at any level. All the equipment is close to new and kept in fantastic shape. Whalen does a great job at keeping the gym comfortable for all members. One of the best people I know. If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would.

If you're in Grain Valley and checking out gyms in the area, this one is a MUST! Whalen, the owner of the gym, is a hard worker but also has amazing customer service. The equipment is in great shape, havent found a faulty machine! The community built up over there as well is very comforting with people who are friendly and helpful. Come check out the gym! You wont regret it :)
