Had a great experience at Elements of Wellness CrossFit. Coach Maddie was awesome- friendly, welcoming, helpful, and encouraging. Loved the smaller class size. Had a ton of fun working out here. Overall had an awesome experience dropping in and hope to drop in for another visit soon.

I’m not an athletic person and CrossFit is a great physical challenge for me. Coach presents daily workout, I can pick what level skill is best for me. The coach works with individuals to make sure they understand the skills. I've grown a lot in my months at the box.

It’s a great environment to workout in. The coaches are very knowledgeable and attentive. They meet you where you are on a day to day basis and are very encouraging and supportive on your personal fitness journey and goals whatever it is.

David’s coaching is 100/10. Today’s workout happened to be 3 movements I can’t do yet and he found scales for each one that were achievable but still difficult. I got a great workout with tons of encouragement and zero judgement.

No matter what the WOD looks like, our coaches do a thorough warm up and detailed walk-through of all movements, and even really ugly workouts are shown to be doable. Coaches give scaling options which is huge for people that aren’t ready for the Rx or people who are dealing with injury. All of Wellness coaches are super friendly, super motivating, and also supporting of all of our athletes. I’ve been to different boxes, and I’ve seen that good coaching makes a difference. Very grateful for our coaches and gym mates for continuous improvement to my health and my body, which is a direct result of good coaching.

I have been working out here about 15 times a month for about 8 months. This place is amazing for several reasons in my opinion.
I was new to CrossFit when I arrived but the coaches were patient, encouraging and always giving options to scale the workouts to my ability so I could get stronger without hurting myself or burning out.
The owners have a clear vision of the environment they want in their gym and are consistent in building a strong community that is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. The place is clean and inviting.
Going to class here has changed my mind and body in positive ways, I am stronger and when I leave class I feel good and have come to appreciate and accept my body. The other members also are fun, energetic, encouraging, supportive and strong as heck.
If you are on the fence about trying CrossFit or looking for a new place to do CrossFit give them a try.

I love everything about this gym. All the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the community is really supportive. No matter what fitness level you are at, the coaches are there to help you scale it to your ability. Come check them out!

I've been going to Elements of Wellness from the beginning, and worked out with Kassie and David at a previous gym before that. All of that time I can say that they are passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals, whatever they may be. When I was picking a gym one of the most important things to me was a welcoming atmosphere and Kassie and David do a great job of that. So if you want to come lift heavy things with great people this is the place.

I did my first workout at Elements of Wellness CrossFit this morning and had a wonderful experience! Coach Kassie did a great job of scaling the workouts to meet each of us where we were, the gym was clean and organized, and the other athletes were warm and welcoming. I found it to be a really positive and accessible experience and I’m looking forward to going back.

Spent 4 days in a row dropping in EWCF while on a work trip nearby. Kassie and David are knowledgeable coaches and owners with a passion for fitness. They have developed encouraging, competitive, and warm atmosphere that I love about CrossFit. I will be back again sometime.

Elements of wellness, has such a welcoming atmosphere. No mater your skill level you are welcomed with open arms. So far it has been a great experience. I'm still having fun. Both Kassie and David are very encouraging and knowledgeable instructors.

Kassie and David both take the time to walk through every exercise so that new and experienced members know the correct steps for every movement and can complete them safely. Kassie and David are encouraging to do all exercises that have weight to use an amount you feel comfortable and safe with. I think they have my best interest in mind when it comes to helping me become stronger and healthier in my overall day to day life. This is my first experience with any gym and work class and so fat it's been great

Initial workout was tough from what I’m currently doing, but I want to give high praise for the constant personal modification provided during my workout from David.

I was in St. Louis on business. This was the closest CrossFit to the St. Louis airport. I am very new to CrossFit and was welcomed as a drop-in at this facility. The workout was scaled to my ability, and they made me feel like I had been going to their gym forever. This is a clean facility with very supportive staff in a cool old Main Street setting. I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a work out while in St. Louis. Thank you Elements of Wellness CrossFit!

I did a drop in at Elements of Wellness CrossFit while traveling to St. Louis for work and had a great experience. The 5:30 am class and coach JC was extremely welcoming and got a good sweat in before heading to the office. It was an easy sign up process on their website and quick responses to my questions ahead of dropping in. Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town!

This is a great CrossFit gym in Overland. I love the space, which is large, open and easy to get to (right off of Woodson road). I've known and worked with the coaches at another gym in town in the past and they are really great people - highly personable and encouraging during the workouts. I've had a couple of injuries they've helped me scale the workouts to work around, which has been awesome. There's no need to push your body when you're injured! The programming is well-thought out, alternating different muscle groups to allow rest and recovery while still make progress as well as a great variety so it never feels repetitive or mundane. Personally, the biggest sell for me to do CrossFit is the community fitness aspect, which is the best. The other people that come make it fun and encouraging and help me stay accountable to show up and not slip into a lazy routine. I've had days I didn't want to go to the gym but felt a million times better going even just getting something light in and being with the other athletes. Go check out Elements of Wellness.
