If you have a family and live in the area, it's well worth the cost. Lots of programs and activities throughout the year and summer. If you just want a clean gym with modern equipment to workout with, it's also well worth the cost. I've been a member at multiple locations in the blue springs area both with a family and as an individual and in my opinion the fieldhouse is by far the best choice. Now that the pool is there too it's even better.

Nice facility, fish tank looked nice and clean, we went for a birthday/ swim party . The staff was not super friendly no smiles just telling us the facts and coming in the room you have 15 minutes etc I mean I know a lot of birthday parties can go over but you could do it with a smile and say hey,Just wanted to let you know there's 15 minutes left instead she just walked in. You have 15 minutes before you have to get out. These are young girls. They could be better but also management needs to tell them these kind of things as well. It's a very nice facility. Things cost a lot of money there ,it would be bad for people not to come back because the service isn't very friendly. But all in all it is a nice place to have a party.

Had a membership for approximately 3 weeks and determined that I no longer wanted it. The entire reason was the indoor lap swimming. In those 3 weeks I have not used the pool and have instead ended up at Henley aquatic center. For someone who works long hours during the day, lap swimming is impossible during the week because it ends at 5:00 p.m. I went on a weekend and was told 5 minutes prior to arriving that the lanes were available for me to swim in. The girl working at the front desk failed to turn around and look inside the big glass window to see that there was a lifeguard group using half of the pool and I was in fact not able to swim. The children working at the front desk are inattentive most of the time playing on cell phones and reading books. I even sat an object down in front of her telling her I would be back in a moment for it that I was going outside to get my gym bag to shower. A janitor walked by asked her who the phone and hat belong to and she said that she did not know even though I had just told her 30 seconds prior. The showers are another problem. Three of the 6 days I had used the gym in the morning and went to the Cabana to take a shower the water was ice cold. There's also maintenance staff at the facility who uses the cabanas to go to the bathroom even though they are meant to be locker rooms. I had to smell the dump this guy left in there while I took a cold shower because he was too lazy to go use one of the actual restroom facilities less than 50 ft away while all of the other cabanas were in use. The time it took to contact someone in regards to my unsatisfactory experience is absolutely absurd. There was no attempt at customer retention and they accepted accountability for absolutely nothing. It's a shame because I wanted to spend my money on something local. Congratulations Mr. Ross. You put your name on something. Unfortunately it is absolute trash. Just get a membership at one of these other gyms. It's preferential to seeing people stare at you with dumb looks because they don't know what to tell you. The gym is okay. You aren't allowed to deadlift. As an HVAC professional, I was a little annoyed that all of the return vents that I could find in the building were covered in what essentially looked like dog fur because they haven't been cleaned. Makes me wonder what the filters look like. Furthermore as I end my last week at the facility, the gym attendants were nowhere to be seen the entire time I was there tonight. Except for when they were coming back into the gym with fast food. No towels for at least two hours because that's how long I was there.

Lot has changed since I’ve been here last, lot of inflation with prices went from paying $5 to $16 for one person but that’s what happens when you add a water park, Every section of the basketball courts were taken by pickleball or kids camp… they were supposed to be done with pickleball at 11am but were still going after 2pm hard to sign in when you have to sign waivers to be there to exercise for a couple hours/Day pass. I wish to come back but not with this new ordeal. Only saving grace for why it’s not 1 star is because they have a nice staff & had a good workout.

Keep a close eye on your belongings! My teenage son visited the fieldhouse for the first time on 6-24-25. He was there for 2 1/2 hours. Towards the end of his visit he set his ball down on the court near him and started a game with another guy there. His ball disappeared. He looked everywhere for it, and went to the front desk to check out the lost and found. The ball was gone. When I picked up my son, I spoke to the young man at the front desk. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I would have to file a police report or call to speak to the manager the next day. I called the next morning and the young lady at the front desk refused to put the manager on. She told me the ball was not in the lost and found and said we could come back to look for the ball again. We won't be revisiting the Fieldhouse.

i am a bluesprings resident, and i brought a friend from warrensburg to try out the new waterpark/pool. upon arrival we were told it was a “residents only day” and that non-residents could only enter on guest days (tuesday & thursday) or by paying a 50$ a month membership to get in on non-guest days. however before we arrived we had both checked the website multiple times on the website and nowhere did they mention there was resident only days.
on top of only having 2 guest days it is already double the price to get in as a non-bluesprings resident. and it’s not even a guarantee that non-residents will get in on guest days since they give residents priority over non-residents no matter how empty or full the pool is.
i am just more upset over the lack of transparency of how the resident/non-resident system works both on the website and in person. since the signs out front only mentioned that they may “run out of day passes” but nothing about the guest day system. this on top of the resident priority, and the 50$ a month membership being the only way for non residents to get in. i will not ever be return in or using this pool/waterpark.
if you plan on bringing friends or family, don’t waste your time unless it’s a tuesday or thursday and even then don’t expect to get in.

Been going here for 3 years and it's just been going down hill. Been doing the same 30 second sprints for my work out 2 times a week for 3 years and today a worker came up to me super judgmentally saying I was being rude for breathing too loudly during my sprints..?? In the 3 years I have been here I have heard nothing but compliments from other people at the gym. Specifically about how hard I push myself. Definitely getting a new gym pass somewhere else. Also had constant issues with my pass working taking away 10-15min from my workout before I go to work.

This is the absolute worst place to go! Not enough chairs and then they expect you to pay $100 for a 2 chair cabana. You get cussed out and people literally fighting over chairs. Seriously?! And yall want $100 a month for this?!

NEW RULES.. today I visited the pool . I have always had a good time here and have been a member for 2 years.
I was informed today that my grandchildren can no longer be in the lazy river without me in the same body of water as them. My grandchildren are 12,11 and 9. Today I was told that I can no longer lounge on a chair and watch them as they float by or play.
They are well behaved kids and are all strong swimmers.
I am disappointed as I have to be in the same body of water with them at all times and can no longer just relax in the lounge chair and watch them .
I’m sure this is a new rule because something happened.
I just wanted to let the public know as no one informed me of this until life guards confronted my granddaughter and she was very embarrassed and we ended up leaving.

The pool is great! When my friend Olivia Lenga ordered a pizza she never got it and didn't get a refund. And then closed the stand. And this lifeguard said we had to be 18 or older to be by urself and we are 11 and my friend has a friend that works her name is Macy and she said u have to be 6 or older to be by urself.

Their is one specific worker at this facility that likes to shut the lights off in the gym 5-10 minutes prior too closing. He is around 50 , black male who even will shut the lights off while others in the gym are still trying to workout this is not ok and need to be addressed personally this factually staff needs to do better and shut down DURING working hours not 5-10 minutes before.

They didn’t let me and my friends in the waterpark because my friends mom had picked us up and my mom wasn’t there so since she wasn’t there she didn’t have a ID. They didn’t even give me and day pass. And she had a bad attitude

I had a membership for about a month and cancelled after. I think this place is overpriced. I mainly wanted to use the gym facility and it was always crowded. Never a dull hour. Also, you can’t just get a membership for only the gym, when you get a membership, you’re getting access to the waterpark, and all the courts. When they reconstructed the place, they should’ve kept the gym in a different building because I for one do not care about the waterpark or the fields, I just wanted a gym to go to. It was my mistake not doing enough research before signing up for a membership. Also, there are lots of kids during summer and breaks from school left unattended so it’s annoying when they are present. Overall, it’s overpriced, overcrowded, and not worth your hard-earned money.

The facility is fine, but they close at 6pm on Saturday and Sunday? You would think if someone drops $1000+ a year for a membership and the Waterpark is seasonal(which is understandable), then they could at least stay open til 8pm on the weekends like they do on Friday.

Not good for members. Gym equipment is ok, but they have so many other things going on it’s rare to be able to use the basketball courts or soccer fields. During the week it is used as a daycare, so many unattended kids from 7-14 age range. The only rule I’ve ever seen the staff enforce is the full court basketball rule…. Other than that, non members just let their kids go run around and the staff doesn’t care… usually 1 person to watch all the basketball courts and the soccer fields. It is a bizarre place and I am shocked there have not been more major incidents, because they are asking for problems with how they run the place!

if you’re coming here to hoop do not bother. 24-7 all the courts are rented out to pickleball and volleyball every single day. ever since they added the aquatic center they double your entry cost even if you’re not swimming. This is the place to go if you want to pay 20 dollars to watch pickleball tournaments go down, Monday-Sunday Pickle ball until close

No way this place charges $20 for a day pass if you don’t live in the same town. Capitalism do your thing! Start a new facility.

The Fieldhouse is not set up well for seniors or the disabled. The disabled parking is a bit of a walk to the front door. Meanwhile, those who are not disabled have closer parking.
The ramp that goes up to the half-level on the right is at the far end of the lobby. The walk from the elevator to the party/activity rooms is long.
There is an existing group of older adults who meet weekly in the party/activity rooms to socialize and play games. This is very helpful to the mental well-being of those who participate. As I understand it, management refuses to allow anyone to come in the back door, which would be a much easier walk for this group.
It is disappointing to see how little care was given to our seniors and disabled. The goal is to be inclusive to all, and on that, the Fieldhouse fell short.

A lot of great things and just one complaint.
We decided to get a family membership due to the new waterpark. It has been wonderful for my family! Not only do we use the indoor and outdoor pool but we use the courts and I go to the fitness classes. The fitness class community is amazing and such a great way to get exercise and make new friends. The facility is wonderful and I appreciate how staff is there disinfecting the machines in the gym even at 530am in the morning!
My only complaint is how dirty the outdoor pool area can get. After hours there is a WONDERFUL young lady custodian that is super nice to my toddler and does a phenomenal job cleaning with no complaint or hesitation. But during hours no one is really picking up the concession area and the zero entry area of the kid pool can get gross with bandaids and other trash. There was one time I went two days in a row and there was the same trash in the zero entry area which made me sad to see! I’d gladly volunteer to pick up so we can keep the place clean during pool hours! It’s obviously not a big reason for me to not go but I do think it’d make the community look a little better if we could keep it slightly more clean during pool hours. Otherwise, this has been a great addition to our community and my family loves going!
