I joined a couple months ago to destress. Was in there one evening and there were 3 small kids running around the weight room screaming. I left and sent owner a message about it. His response was he hadn't had this issue in 10 years and would look into it. Did not hear anything back so am attempting to cancel membership. He refused to accept my certified letter. Place needs a no kids under 14 policy like other gyms have. Not safe. And not cool that they don't let you cancel.

Signed up online and got an email with a link to use a smartphone app as a key card - got in same day I signed up with no hassle and no paperwork, which is awesome because I work full time and was able to do this on my schedule
