Great gym! Lots of different equipment to choose from. It's always clean, and always has sanitizer so you can wipe down the equipment you use before and after you use it! Stephanie is awesome!

Great place to workout, always clean. Love the equipment. The owners are great people. Stephanie does personal training and is very knowledgeable in her field and about the body. If she is unsure about something she is quick to look it up.
