Update: our rising 9th grader started working out with Jared in 2nd grade for offseason basketball training with her teammates. She started working one-on-one the following year to help her build her core and overall strengthening as a competitive Irish dancer as well as a musical theater kid. Now that she’s retired from Irish dance, she continues at Flash to keep her hour long workouts varied & help keep her stamina up.
