I've had the good fortune to take private lessons from Natalie for 3 years. She is strong, considerate of my age (75) limitations but, as an RN she's quite knowledgeable about my issues with scoliosis to the point of joining me at my PTs office and speaking and learning from her. My back is much stronger and straighter now and I can now walk long distances with no pain. This is a miracle! Natalie is patient and most kind. I intend to continue learning from Natalie and am excited about her newer, larger office. At the end of each session I feel energized instead of drained. Katie

I signed up for the assessment and chose the U City location and was allowed to book there only to find its closed and she’s only working out of Chesterfield. I get technology issues and maybe your website not being updated properly. What I don’t understand is not being refunded the $300 assessment and getting no reply from a text to Natalie after waiting over a month for a refund. Beware!!!

I love coming to the studio! I was not sure if pilates would be for me due to restricted hip and ankle movement. I am a physical therapist who knows movement, but likes trying new things and feeling healthy challenge. I look forward to my pilates sessions twice a week. Natalie and Nicole have great movement correction and monitoring. I recommend seeing either for top notch proprioceptive training as they align sessions with YOUR goals and regularly monitor your muscle activation and ask about any symptoms. Additionally, training breathing patterns is SO important for many physical and mental health reasons! You will definitely feel stronger, more movement aware, have less stress, and feel accomplished during your sessions!

I have been working with Natalie and her staff for a few months. My goal was to gain enough strength to allow me to put off knee replacement surgery for another year. It's working. Yesterday I moved my daughter to her 3rd floor apartment. I climb those stair probably 20 times hauling boxes and furniture. I would says she helped meet my goal plus some.

What a great service this is.

My next goal is to be in such great shape I breeze through the knee placement recovery.

I love 314 Pilates! The trainers are incredibly helpful and highly skilled. They adapt any of the movements to fit my physical ability which has been difficult to find at other studios i've been to. The studio itself is extremely well kept and has a super cool atmosphere. I will for sure be going back to this place in the near future!

Natalie is a top-of-the-line instructor! She has a wealth of knowledge of the body and how to make bodies functional. She personalizes workouts to what the individual needs. There is so much wrong information in the exercise world today. You will not go wrong with Natalie!
