Full90Fitness is located within the TeamWork Sports KC facility. Offering strength and conditioning, personal/functional training, sports performance training, team training, online training, and individual/team technical soccer training.
Sports Performance Training is for athletes of all ages and backgrounds. We offer personalized training programs that are designed to improve an athlete's athletic performance. Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes long and will consist of skill and agility work, power and explosiveness, muscular endurance and strength training, core stability, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning.

I could definitely feel the progress I’ve made working out with Full90Fitness. Full90Fitness played a big role in getting me ready for my first year of college soccer. I was prepared for the season both physically and technically. Full90Fitness also taught me how to strength train in a way that benefits my sport. Definitely recommend whether you are training for a sport or just want to get fitter!

My son and daughter have both worked out with Full 90 Fitness in preparation for college soccer and high school soccer and baseball. We saw tangible increases in important metrics: speed, strength and mobility. They also both gained a better appreciation for various types of workouts and nutrition that we believe they will take with them beyond high school and college. Our kids respect Brandon as a trainer and enjoy their time in his sessions.

Without a doubt, Full 90 has been an integral part of both our daughters’ development teams. Brandon brings the perfect blend of technical, tactical, and mental training to every session whether he’s working with our 2008 or our 2011. His coaching style provides athletes the space to learn and develop without losing who they are as a player. Brandon respects each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses and continually creates programming tailored specifically to the individual athlete and their needs. Additionally, Brandon provides a tremendous amount of mental support to our girls as he regularly checks in with them after games, IDs, or other important events. His ability to build relationships certainly has enhanced our girls” training experience. Our girls have been never played with more confidence, creativity, and respect for the game they love.

I worked with Coach Brandon over the summer and he put together a strength training program suited to my needs as a college soccer player while also helping me with 1 on 1 soccer technical sessions. The work was great and challenged me while also strengthening my stability and balance from a prior ankle injury.

We found out about Brandon and Full90Fitness from a friend who knows him. She recommended Brandon to get our 14 year old son back in shape after breaking his leg. We started out with one month of 3/week sessions. After the month was up, our son liked it so much that he wanted to continue and we signed him up for another 3 months. With each passing week he is getting stronger and his endurance is improving. We definitely recommend Brandon and Full90Fitness!

My son, 12 years old, has been doing a speed and strengthening training with Brandon. My son is small for his age and needed strength and speed for his soccer. Brandon helped him greatly and his speed was improved even after the first session. Brandon is very accommodating and quick with communication. Definitely recommend him for speed and strengthening training. He also includes soccer skills in the training.

I am a soccer player who has gone through two surgeries because of ACL injuries. It was a struggle to get back into shape and to stay fit, but Full90fitness and the program I was set up with allowed me to work at my own pace, while getting guidance from the trainer. I was able to get my fitness back with conditioning and agility drills, and I was also able to gain muscle with the workouts that are offered. I was able to maintain my soccer abilities through the drills I did with the trainer, and I am happy with the 1 on 1 training I was able to experience.

I workout out 4 times a week with Brandon he has a custom workout for me that works on what I need. He shows me through all of the workouts and is right next to me the whole time to keep me pushing through every rep and to answer any questions I have about my workout. I can say during my workouts with Brandon you can definitely feel the burn!!
