My daughter loves the aerial silks classes. She does weekly classes and then the parent night outs and spontaneous day camps.

Emelie Battaglia, a friend I met dancing has gotten me back into gymnastics! I did it for a year or two as a kid, and then taught myself using her term "backyard gymnastics". We both figured out that I created bad habits because I wanted to be safe naturally with no proper technique training. We have been working diligently on the backhandspring. Something I have always wanted to do...She is so good at her work, and it amazing how quickly she is able to see the problem, and then have a solution to fix it! No wonder she has 5 gyms now in the Saint Louis area! When I get my back handspring, I will be in debt to her!

Fantastic facility with coaches who are experienced, full of energy, and truly love what they do! My child enjoys the open play that they have. The coaches work with children at all different experience levels and they do a wonderful job at making all children feel welcome. One of our favorite events of the year is the Whole Foods Market Town and Country story time collaboration at Hi-NRG; what a blast we have! Go Hi-NRG!

Both of my daughter's have taken gymnastics at Hi-NRG and it has been such a wonderful experience for them! Coach Paul is such blessing to the children and the community. He not only teaches them the skills of gymnastics, but he devotes time to building their self-confidence and encourages them to be proud of who they are and their accomplishments. We look forward to continuing with Hi-NRG and watching our energetic girls grow and develop strength, agility, and confidence!

We have been going to HI NRG since 2006. Both my daughters have gone to State and Regionals. Not only did HI NRG help them become accomplished gymnasts, it helped them become strong and confident young women with very positive can-do attitudes. HI NRG is more than a gym, it's a second home, a place where a girl can open up and just be herself while having fun. The gym is very family oriented and geared toward developing the whole child, not just the physical child. Coach Paul, Coach Kevin and all the coaches there truly care about the kids. They have become like family to us. If you want to equip your daughter with experiences and life skills (like confidence and decision making abilities) that she will cherish and use the rest of her life, then you will be so glad you chose HI NRG!!!

My daughters have been going to HINRG since 2006. I could not be happier with Coach Paul and his awesome staff. My daughter has been part of their TNT team as well as the artistic team. She is now a High school varsity cheerleader with the most amazing tumbling. Thank you HINRG !!!!!!!!!!

This was awful! We scheduled a trial for the preschool class, confirmed the date and time, showed up, and apparently they moved the preschool class a week forward. They didn’t even call to let us know. So we got listen to our overly excited 3yo cry for 30 minutes over not being able to attend gymnastics. So thankful there are more gyms we can try in place of this one! They need better communications!
