i recommend hotworx to all!!! i’ve lost so much weight in the past 4 months just by doing some workouts in a sauna. the monthly price is so cheap it’s beyond worth it. super nice staff and helpful!

The novelty of Hotworx wears off after a couple of months. Hotworx got rid of the reward program option where you could use the points from your logged workouts towards your membership fee every 90 days. It was very motivating. Now you can only use those points/dollars towards Hotworx retail.

The place feels very salesy. They encourage bringing a guest to attract new members, but you have to hear the whole spiel instead of just enjoying a workout with a buddy and letting the experience alone (aside from signing the waiver) entice new members.

**Be sure to have your 60 day notice of cancellation submitted in writing to the hotworx email by the FIRST of the month to avoid having to pay an additional month of dues!

Read all the other reviews on cancellation. I went in today to cancel and was told to make an appointment. They never answer the phone . Why can’t you help your customers on a walk in basis ? You let us sign a contract on a walk in basis . I was told he couldn’t unlock my account but at the end of the visit he miraculously unlocked it. The program that they offer is really good Program but the customer service trying to cancel the membership was horrible.

Overall, the place is nice. The only issue I have is I am trying to cancel my membership and it is like pulling teeth. They want me to come in for a meeting about cancelling my membership. I told him my foot is broken and I can’t do that. He told me they want a certified letter for me to be able to cancel. Or I need to be available for a phone meeting that’s weeks away and I’ll keep getting charged.

Be careful what you are signing when you join. I have been in 3 times try to to cancel. You have to do it in person. This last time was told that a manager has to do it and he left. This was 10 minutes after I called to find out when I could come in to cancel. She said I'd have to come back!! Again!!! I was not happy and said I'm not coming back again. She said she would go call him and stepped in the back. Then came out saying he'd come back in for me. I said how long and she said in about 5 minutes. 1 mine later he walks out from the back room!! I was LIED to!!! NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS. When you do cancel, then you still have to pay for the next 2 fill months before they stop taking out the payments. I think it is very dirty how they run this business.

I joined Hotworx in October. Such a fun place to work out. The staff is exceptional and the owners are hands on. The classes are easy to sign up for on the app. There is a variety of
Classes. Each class offers modifications to fit all fitness levels. I would highly recommend!

I love how sweaty I get during my Hotworx workouts!!! I know that I am burning tons of calories while detoxing at the same time. I have a ton more energy and am sleeping deeper since I started a month ago. I love that anyone can walk into Hotworx and get a great cardiovascular workout even while slowing things down.
