I joined House of Gladitude deep in the winter, following my friend when she joined as a teacher last February. What I thought was just a little spin around the yoga block, perhaps dropping into class every once in a while, turned into an unlimited membership a few weeks later. I came “broken,” fearful I couldn’t make it through class, and was led on a path where I found myself capable of more than I imagined—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Recent changes to the schedule and the addition of new instructors seem to be made “just for me.” It’s exciting to witness a resurgence of fresh energy at the studio this season. I’m inspired by the community, the instructors, and the journey itself, and I’m thrilled to continue exploring, growing, and showing up for myself at the House of Gladitude. I also want to thank Gladesia and her family for making her dream a reality creating a space where experiences like mine are possible.

House of Gladitude is a warm, inviting and comfortable studio that has a relaxing and calming atmosphere the moment you walk in. The owner, Gladesia has poured her heart and sole into the details and creating a place of wellness and gratitude for any and all who enter from her warm hug to her gentle and welcoming smile. The instructors offer their very own unique style of teaching as you work the different areas of the body yet drawing a smile and laugh at the same time with their enthusiasm, creativity and devotion to their craft making every experience meaningful. The classes feel like a little community that has developed into a family! I am so proud of my daughter for following her vision! Come join us! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been taking classes at House of Gladitude yoga studio in Grandview for several months. I highly recommend anyone looking for a studio with small class sizes, personal attention, a feeling of community, and wonderful instructors who are warm and inviting, come try a class. I take several different classes and enjoy them all.
The mat pilates class is my favorite. You can tell the instructor, Mo McDaniel is dedicated and loves to teach. We work hard in this class with Mo watching and helping each individual do their best, correcting and modifying as needed. The enthusiasm in this class makes every class enjoyable.
The Core and Restore class and Yoga Free-Flow are taught by Niccole Kinney. Niccole keeps us motivated, suggests modifications for different skill levels, and creates a comfortable, non-judgmental atmosphere. While working to strengthen our core, as we moan and groan, somehow she still creates positive energy. Niccole is welcoming, makes students feel safe and supported, and has a great playlist that might make you want to sign.
Gladesia, owner of this lovely studio should be proud of what she has created. Variety of classes throughout the week. Outstanding, warm, talented instructors. Lovely studio!
Come to class. Your mind, body, and spirit will thank you!

You won't regret it!
I love this boutique studio in Grandview. The space is intimate, but with its creative instructors and wonderful patrons, it is the perfect location to become stronger and build a sense of community.
They have an incredible promotional rate that allows you to try all the classes with little risk. After my trial rate, I purchased a monthly membership.
The Wednesday Mat Pilates with Mo is my personal favorite. We work hard and focus on proper form and alignment, all while laughing and connecting.
Love and Light!

I attended a yoga class with another person with more experience at House of Gladitude. Gladesia gave each of us what we needed at the level that we were comfortable. I got great stretches and relaxation, as well. Can’t wait to go experience other classes and services .
