If you’re not just a podium poser this is a great place, at a great price. Peak times may get a bit crowded but I’ve seen that at the mega-gyms, too. My old degenerative back is forcing me into early retirement, but I wish everyone at JD’s the best!

I love this facility. The staff are always nice and welcoming. The facility is clean and well lit. The equipment is rarely out of use, it’s up to date, and in great condition.

I have a lot of gym anxiety and JDs is the first place that hasn't bothered me. I credit that to the family atmosphere and excellent trainers. The regulars are very friendly and despite being able to bench a car in some cases aren't mean or intimidating. I love too that it's not uncommon for entire groups of people to start encouraging someone that's struggling!

Super nice facility, with great owners. I came through while traveling, found a very welcoming community with great equipment and owners who were passionate. The benches could be wider to better support the shoulders, but that's jut knitpicking, the place is great. I highly recommend this for anyone.
