I absolutely love this Pilates school! The classes are very dynamic, perfectly combining muscle strengthening with deep stretching to leave you feeling both strong and flexible. A fun gentle way to usher in the new week. I love the variety of stretches and movements for the full time I’m there. It allows me to clear my mind and focus on my breath and my body. I love the minutes before and after when I’m socializing with others and I am able to feel in a safe space.

I just completed my 50th Pilates class here and I’ve never felt better. The classes are challenging but Natalie and Nicole make them fun. I tied it out on a whim and ended up loving this form of exercise. I could barely hold a plank when I started. No judgments and very supportive environment. Give it a try.

I’ve been looking to add Pilates to my routine, and met Natalie at the perfect time. The 1:1 I had with her to get acclimated to the routine and equipment was perfect. I took advantage of the introductory offer of 3 classes at a discount and made sure to not leave without getting my package secured. She offers so many class times, it’s easy to incorporate it into my busy schedule. The confidence I am gaining with each 45 minute session is invaluable! I already am feeling stronger and excited for what the future will bring to my physical health & strength.
