What a gem I found in this gym!!!! I was in town visiting family and needed something just to get by and then I found this gym…and it was more than just a get by gym…it was a GREAT gym. I may have to move here just to workout here!!!

Startup with the sign in process. I called the number of gym and got the owners # and within 3 minutes of me texting him I was signed up to use the gym. The owner of gym was extremely nice…great guy. He seemed to care about me and my goals just in the short interaction I had with him.

When I showed up at the gym I was just amazed at the equipment and how big the place was. I started working out and everyone was so nice and excepting of me and talked to several people and helped spot a person during the workout…pretty cool!!!

I loved the cardio equipment and yet again just amazed at the varying pieces of equipment I could use.

Great experience!!! Great gym!!! My go to from now on!!

I've been weightlifting for nearly twelve years, switched gyms more times than I can count, and this is by far the best environment I've ever had the privilege of working out in. This gym is seriously awesome. It’s family owned and you can really feel the difference, there’s a genuine vibe here that you don’t get at big chain gyms. The space is huge, super clean, and loaded with all the equipment you could need. I also love that it’s open 24/7, so you can train whenever it fits your schedule.

I recently broke my ankle and needed to cancel my membership due to lack of funds for anything extra. The owner was very understanding and let me cancel at a moments notice, he also said I can still use the gym for the next 2 months to relieve stress if I’m up to it. It’s wonderful to know that people still care and appreciate their guest. I am so grateful for small businesses in this town and how they care for the people in it. My husband and I joined K4 fitness several months ago when we signed our son up with Hapkido Plus. The owner and staff of this gym is incredible! Top tier service and it’s always clean! There are always classes and being open 24 hours makes it convenient for any schedule. Visiting Warrenton from Lubbock Tx for a few days so meeded somewhere to workout, owner is awesome and only charged me 15$ for a half month access. I was in town for a short stay and wanted to continue getting a lift in even though I was away from home. Couldn’t speak more highly of this facility, feel like it is one of the last REAL gyms out there. I’ve worked out at a lot of places in the US and abroad and I honestly have to say this is my favorite. I stumbled on this while staying with a friend short term, so coming to a facility from out of state can be not fun. The staff (people!) made it seamless and easy, very nice. Some of the equipment is dated but everything that I would work out with in a fitness center or high end gym, you can do here. The members understand the value of what they have, protect the equipment from unnecessary damage. Attitude of everyone there is phenomenal, great to see the people that work and are in charge actually work out there. It is a low stress, non judgmental environment that is result driven. The ability to access a safe facility 24/7 is unparalleled in most markets. If I choose to stay in the area longer or move close to here, keeping my membership here would not be optional! I love our local gym K4 Fitness! The new building is very spacious and clean. Jeremiah is friendly and accommodating, my family always feels welcome here. The Pound class is fun and Krissy keeps you motivated! I would highly recommend this gym and their classes.

Was passing through and randomly decided to stop by one of the local gyms, and was immediately blown away by the venue and the kindness and generosity of the staff. This place has a bit of everything for everyone which was great because it allowed me to have a diverse workout that I can't do at some of the corporate gyms you find everywhere with just multiple versions of the same basic equipment. I was able to do some calisthenics, work with some free weights, and the owner even took the time to personally help me with my form on the punching bags. The only bad thing I can say about this gym, is that I don't have it or anything close to something like this in my home town. But when I'm back this way, I definitely know where to go!!!

Let me start off by saying that initially I was very happy to hear about a gym opening up here in Warrenton. I was equally happy to work on my health journey.

I became dissatisfied when I took notice of how the owners failed to pro-rate members fees during times when they’d decided to close the facility. One month I had to ask for a partial refund of my payment because the tumbling classes were cancelled and I had already paid full price. They obliged; but the following months the same thing happened for Thanksgiving (a week of canceled classes), again in December for Christmas and location change (two weeks of canceled classes) and they did not pro-rate the fees.

But surprisingly enough that is not what made me decide to leave! It was the fact that I had paid nearly $100 for tumbling classes that I did not take advantage of. I asked if those fees could be refunded and they said no, that it was my fault that I did not take advantage of the services that I had paid for. I chucked it up and accepted my part. But then I asked “well can you rollover my payment to next month since I paid for services that I did not receive?” And they told me no! And spoke to me rudely. A faithful paying customer.

Needless to say I was highly disappointed and flabbergasted that they’d treated me as if I was disposable. I told them so and they basically said to me in so many words “Your loss.
No other gym gives rebates for unused services.” I get it but it's immoral. I may continue dance for my girls because they love it but I will not be taking advantage of the free gym membership that comes with it because of how I was treated. I’m singing up for a different facility. I would rather drive 20 miles, spend extra gas and a few bucks, then take advantage of a local facility that robs its customers.

P:S: My failure to appear for classes had nothing to do with transportation. It had everything to do with scheduled visitations of my children’s father that happened to be taking place on the days of the classes. So let’s make that clear.
Secondly, I was not asking you to pro-rate the fees for the days I DECIDED to miss class but for the days YOU DECIDED TO HAVE YOUR FACILITY CLOSED. Thus making the classes unavailable and making your customers pay for services that you did not provide. I was not rude in my texts, straight-forward maybe, but not rude; you were. And I have screenshots to prove it. So pls stop while you’re ahead before I post them on social media.

Great community gym for the city of Warrenton, something the city has been lacking for quite a bit of time. The gym has everything you would need for your workout routine. As a bonus, the owner is a wonderful gentleman who seems to be dedicated to making this gym the best for its patrons.

Fantastic gym. We were visiting from out of town and looking for a place to workout. Jeremiah was quick text me back and make our visit to the gym as easy as possible. Staff was extremely welcoming and the gym was spacious and clean. Everything you need to get a solid workout in was available.

I am a traveller for work, got in contact with Jeremiah the owner. And found he is a very awesome down to earth guy. He Gave me a great deal to use his facility for the cpl weeks i am in town and has all the equipment you need to get your shred on! Highly recommend giving it a try if you are from the Warrenton Missouri area. And travellers who like to keep occupied by going to gym, look this place up. Very welcoming! On a week visit to Warrenton, I asked to use the gym. The owner is really friendly and made access easy. The place was clean (didn’t smell like a gym!) and it had all the equipment I use at the YMCA back home and more. It has lots of other stuff going on that I didn’t get into, but I mentioned to friends who live in the area.

They have everything I need to do the heavy compound lifts I do with the Stronglifts program which is great since not all gyms are set up for this. I do not live in Warrenton but I will definitely continue coming to this gym whenever I am here visiting family. They are building a larger facility right now and I am excited to see how awesome it is.

I grew up in Warrenton, and wish this gym had existed while I was living there. My routine consists of squat, bench, overhead press, barbell rows, and deadlift, all of which there is equipment for. There are two power racks so you don’t have to race to do squats. I also like to end with HIIT on a rowing machine, which K4 has. I can’t thank the owners enough for having this gym for the community, and at a reasonable price for a day pass for visitors like myself. Great place!!

Small dark an dirty is what I thought of this place. It's no big deal that the equipment is old but it's all crammed into a small area an makes it a pain to workout. I never did see anyone wipe off equipment when they were done using it must all be self cleaning. I guess you get a discount if you leave a good rating.

Jeremiah was quick to answer questions from the website and was gracious enough to assist me for a 2 week stay in the area to allow me time to come work out in his facility. Since I live out of state and do not make it to the area often, we worked out a special rate. You can't beat a facility that is willing to work wit those that will not be "regular" customers.

From the moment I contacted the owner of this great facility, he treated me like he knew me forever. He took time out of his busy schedule that day to give us a tour and show us how each machine worked since I hadn't been in a gym in years. This facility is clean and has updated equipment. I nervous about being in a gym setting yet I wanted to find something that would benefit both my son and I. This gym has just what I was looking for Master Koch and his staff made us feel so welcomed. It was like becoming part of a family. Like the saying goes “Family isn’t always blood. It’s the people in your life who want you in theirs. The ones who accept you for who you are. The ones who would do anything to see you smile and who love you no matter what.” Which Master Jeremiah, Wendy Koch and the staff portray that. It don’t matter where you are in your fitness level they support you with your goals and encourage you in all areas of your life. My son is really enjoying his classes he is learning self discipline and respect. Which our children need that. As a single mother to have male figures in my sons life that are positive means the world to me. I highly recommend K4 fitness/ Hapkido. If you are looking for a place to call home for your workout and something for your children to be involved in so they get encouragement, I’d say this is the place! They also support our community and our service men and women through different events they put on and it excites me to learn more about them as time goes.
