Kickboxing at KickHouse has been great! Not only is it a great workout, it's an amazing stress reliever! The classes have really allowed me to focus on different aspects of my body and my overall technique. All the coaches are super nice, friendly, and are there to help guide you on this sweaty journey. I highly recommend at least trying their free class...you never know, you may fall in love 😁

Started a month ago and I am really enjoying the atmosphere. I have tried many different workouts and had trouble with consistency. Since I started here, I have been consistent with the workouts. The coaches are fantastic, the environment is fun, and I have noticed an overall difference in my body and mood. Highly recommend.

Shout out to KickHouse O’Fallon! I just finished a 6 week challenge there and I’ve lost weight and body fat! What I have GAINED is so much more!
I feel better, my brain gets a workout which makes my thinking clearer, the nutrition plan has given me guidelines and I know that has helped with my stomach issues and also a clearer mind. I have more energy for my grand baby and just overall feel better. Jen, Chaz, Nic, Diane, and Tristen are always available for questions. Their positive attitude and support have made me want to continue at KickHouse and it has given me the hope that I will get where I want to be with my health.

I absolutely love this place! From the trainers to the people, to the workout I truly don’t see myself being able to stop kickboxing lol. It’s a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it, I thought this would be a short term sport for me, but I can definitely see it being long-term due to the results I’ve already accumulated since beginning classes here.

I absolutely love this place! The workouts are challenging in a good way, and the coaches know how to push you without being annoying about it. Every class brings good energy, and the people there actually make it fun to show up and put in work. You can tell the staff cares about your progress. I always leave feeling like I got something out of it. If you're trying to get in shape, build confidence, and not dread your workouts, this place is it.

I have had the BEST experience at Kickhouse O'Fallon MO. I started with them in August 2024 with my free first class and I KNEW this is where I belonged to get a fantastic workout, support and judgement free zone!!
Each of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and treat you like family. The classes allow you to have so many options and go at the pace your body allows. They teach you the proper technique so you are not injured. They are super motivational and encouraging both on and off the mat. They have community engagement activities we can get involved in and want you to succeed in all areas of life!! I HIGHLY recommend them if you have never kickboxed or are a seasoned kickboxer!!
I have done their 6 week challenge and have LOVED the support and encouragement they provide. You are not just a name or number but someone they truly care about and get to know!!

I have been at Kickhouse in O'Fallon for about 6 months now and have completed 2 of their challenges. I have been very happy with the results from the challenge as well as the classes I have participated in. They have a monthly class schedule that can change up depending on coach availability and class popularity. There are a few morning classes and a few afternoon classes, but the coaches are great at keeping high energy and making sure you don't injury yourself by doing a wrong move. It's a very connected community and they have monthly events to participate in as well. I think it's a great deal for what you get for the price.

I've had different gym memberships and probably actually went to the gym a handful of times. I would pay their monthly fee and never show up. At KickHouse, it is a totally different experience. The workers know you, they know you by name. They coach you through classes and technique. They have scheduled classes, which helped hold me more accountable for actually showing up. Not only that, the classes are fun, kick boxing is fun, you start to look forward to going to class and seeing the coaches and other members you grow close with.

Kickhouse is actively changing my life! I have a membership here and I have also done the 6 Week Challenge program they offer which has helped me lose weight, build muscle and learn to eat healthier! I love the diversity of people that come in here and how everyone is so welcoming and encouraging to one another. This is not a place you feel judged or criticized or looked at for your weight, size or capability level. Every coach makes an effort to learn your name and key parts about you very quickly, so you always feel like they’re connecting with you during your classes no matter who is teaching. This is not your typical “gym” community, this is a safe space for everybody. 10/10 recommendation to join Kickhouse O’Fallon!

I have so many good things to say about KickHouse!
I completed the six week challenge, they helped create a nutrition plan focused on macros, it was so helpful to know and track what I’m putting in my body. I did the 530 am workouts! No better way to start the day, self care at its finest.
Jennifer is so knowledgeable and knows how to power my through those workouts! Chaz (my coach) always checking in on my progress and journey, Nic starting his workouts with asking everyone by name of their good, and Diane a little energizer bunny for those Saturday workouts!

I have been coming to KickHouse for about 5 months now and it’s my favorite place to be. I just finished my first 6week challenge. I have made so many friends, coaches and other members. Everyone is encouraging and have like minded goals. Have you ever been to a gym that greets you by name without you signing in and showing them who you are? Here as soon as you walk through the door they welcome you and genuinely care about how you are feeling. I recommend this to anyone and everyone.

The best part is the community; it’s hard to make friends as a grown up and it’s not so hard here. The class variety is awesome, and because they are encouraging and allow for modifications, it’s doable for beginners through experts. I completed my 6 week challenge and to see my results and a lot of goals I wanted to accomplish happen is an amazing feeling. Since joining KickHouse and changing my eating habits, I have lost inches off my waist. My core is stronger and I gained lean muscle. I am getting better sleep and I just feel so much better than I did before joining this amazing gym.

Finishing my first 6 week challenge and I feel great, lighter but yet more muscular. My biggest take away so far is how I have gained so much more balance and all of a sudden I can put my tennis shoes on in a standing position with my feet right in front of me without feeling like I might fall over. Highly recommend this gym for anyone of all ages and sizes, you won't regret it. The coaches are AMAZING!! Very encouraging and helpful.

I did the six week challenge at the Kickhouse in O’Fallon Missouri. Most of my classes were with Chaz (who is awesome) at the 5:30 AM class. Over the period of the six weeks I’ve learned how to change my eating habits with much healthier foods. Food has always been a challenge for me in losing weight and staying consistent but in this program Kickhouse showed me ways to change my eating lifestyle. They have great workouts with high energy and just a really great way to let go of some stress. The staff encourages and inspires you to achieve your goals in every aspect.

Of all the gyms I’ve joined throughout the last 25 years, this is the singular place I’ve felt 100% comfortable at. They meet everyone where they are at, offer support, encouragement, no-judgement, and even tough love. It’s become my “happy place”, and where I can escape to relieve stress or just unwind.

Proud to complete the KickHouse six week challenge. Definitely was intimidated to do kickboxing, as I’ve never done anything like it. The classes fit all abilities and the coaches guide you to be better each class. So grateful I walked in and challenged myself. Jennifer at the O'Fallon location is awesome! If you are wanting an intense and impactful experience come to this location. I have been in sessions with Jennifer for a little less than a month and I can tell a difference in how I feel. She is very personable and will give you 1:1 feedback while working out! I plan to continue training at this location! I love it! And the people who work and attend classes there are friendly and very supportive! Noone criticizes when a kick or jab is off. In the two months that I've been at KickHouse, I've gained a great deal of knowledge and strength. Every staff member - from the front desk to the instructors, are friendly, passionate, and motivating. The workouts follow a pattern but remain fresh, and sometimes it is as big of a mental challenge as a physical one. I signed up four weeks ago and my life has changed. I am losing weight, toning, and mentally more confident. I have done kickboxing for years but wasn’t finding a workout that would keep me interested and constantly moving and engaged to see results I was going after. In four short weeks, I have lost 11 pounds and body inches. The community of the people in class and the top notch instructors are beyond motivating and supportive. People cheer each other on, coaches push you to be your best, while providing modifications as you continuously improve each workout! And on top of it, having fun! Guaranteed to make you sweat within a few minutes of the start of class but will make you feel invigorated and refreshed afterwards (plus needing a shower). Love this place!!!

Every year I try to spend my summers learning something new to remind myself of all the things the learning process entails for my students, and for myself. The biggest thing is working with and through discomfort. Signing up for the challenge was nerve wracking. Those first few classes, I would be generous calling them clunky in my movements. I panicked the first week of the nutrition portion and bought $70 worth of seasonings (that my husband helped me return once my senses came back). And at the end of it all, I “failed”, as in I didn’t beat the challenge. But, I am honestly grateful for this because I think it’s such a testament to the KickHouse group that I feel zero defeat in it. I feel better than I have in years, and I know the end of this challenge is just the beginning of something new for me in my life.

My experience has been extraordinary here at KickHouse O’Fallon thanks to a dedicated team of trainers always boasting their confidence in me (and every member!) to push myself and overcome a personal fear-based hurdle, to get stronger, to get more flexible, to break the fear and low confidence, which living with rods in a fused spine (scoliosis) can lead one to.
KickHouse O’Fallon gym is always clean. The staff always pleasant, available, and happy to help with anything. Trainers here are exceptionally knowledgeable but the kicker is they are 24/7 motivated by YOUR progress, on educating you on proper form, will readily discuss nutrition, and do whatever they can to help you through the process—not to mention energetic! …And REALLY good at leading lively classes while guiding you and the class through so everyone gets the absolute most out of the time spent in the gym. All SMILES, all GAINS, all ENERGY and progress!
