Our daughter joined a few weeks ago and is really having a blast. The coaches are so incredibly patient and good with stubborn kids like ours. 😂 She loves her coach!

My favorite coach is the male, because he's a bit stricter and more structured and let's them know when there's an area to correct.

Our experience here with our 3 year old daughter started out somewhat ok and then everything took a turn for the worst, coaches wouldn't show up for class, we would be sitting in the lobby for up to 15 minutes after the class was supposed to start waiting to be called and then they wouldn't even extend the time at the end. For a supposed to be 1 hr class would only get maybe 45 minutes out of it. Stopped coming here at the end of May and one of the newer coaches for thursday 6pm class was NOT good with children. She would yell at the kids, pull them by the arm if she was frustrated etc. The new gym we have moved to is so much more professional that its crazy, they really have some work to do if they want to stay open. It is also VERY dirty and smells very bad. Can tell the owners are cheap. I once saw a child spit on the mats with staff seeing it and acknowledging it and still NO ONE cleaned it, then saw another group come over directly after and sit and practice exactly where it was.

Again, I would NEVER refer to friends or family!! Very unprofessional from the coaches, management and even owner (Jean)!! First, a coach was acting unprofessional.. so we went to management who gave us excuses. Then the owner got involved.. Promised us that month was free and things would change. We went back.. the coach did change attitude which was wonderful.. But hit with late bill and bill for last month. Talked with the owner today saying "we still have to pay our coaches"
Basically telling me he never said such a thing and I make this stuff up..
Money was never the problem!!
I've been told it's a small business and they need customers but I guess they don't need us who pay and attend consistently on time each month. Since you want to make this about money!!
Principle, promise and relationship have been destroyed!!!!

I gave it a 2 stars because of the workers. On Fridays (Teen Night) The kids start having fun but then a fight starts. I hate how the workers deal with it. Once I've seen a worker put his own hand physical around a kids neck. He was trying to stop them hitting but putting your hands around a child thats not yours is not right. They also yell for no reason!!!!!

The reviews on here I see are old. So maybe they had better staff then. Well we went for a free class they offer before you make a decision to sign up. We went yesterday for 3 year old son and 4 year old daughter. When we got there two front desk ladies were discussing loudly another employee. We stood there for a while and me and my husband kinda looked at each other and back at them still talking to each other and not greeting us our any of the other new families waiting. And it keep on so my husband said. "Um we are waiting we have a class that starts at 7pm". One of the front desk ladies said "well we are handling business right now and trying to make plans for this evening schedule". So me and my husband were both taken back by the response and my husband said "you could have at least greeted us with a welcome and let us know you will be with us shortly". Then one of the ladies said something else rude. I think I was soo taken back that I cannot remember what she said. Then my husband said well this is definitely not the place for us and definitely not a good environment for our kids so we are going to leave. The front desk clerk said that's fine you can do what you want. So appalled. Never once did either of the front staff ladies apologize or even realize that they were not being professional "handling business" in front of customers and having them just stand there. It's like that's how they operate normally which is completely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all. And given the ladies they have at the front desk as your first impression, who knows how they staff the rest of the place. I am assuming with more rude unprofessional people. Will never go back.

My son has been taking classes here since he turned three, and he still LOVES it. All of the instructors are great with the kids; they are patient while still encouraging the kids to develop new skills!
