The gym is mediocre at best especially not being 24-hour access Kevin the manager there or whatever his little title is, a real piece of work disrespectful to say the least I don't recommend spending your money at this gym .
K4 Fitness is a lot more inviting with more quality for what you pay for

Love this gym! It is always clean, the employees are exceptionally polite, but most of all I adore the classes! The teachers are so welcoming to all body types and fitness levels and go out of their way to be inclusive for everyone. The classes range in a variety of formats, from Yoga, to bungee, to cycling, and more! The list goes on and they’re always mixing them up to keep if fun.
The equipment is all new and in perfect shape! It’s never crowded and the patrons are always very nice.
I love this gym! Very highly recommended!!!

Excellent place to workout! Equipment is all new and kept clean. Kevin, Britt, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of amenities such as a variety of classes, personal training, and even protien drinks and smoothies! Love the community of regulars that I am surrounded with in the gym. Any of us would help out a newcomer trying to get into it or offer a spot if needed. Great overall environment!

This gym is fantastic! It’s clean, the staff and owners are friendly and accommodating, and the equipment is new. Not sure what more you could ask for! If you have children you can take advantage of the kids corner as well. The hours are flexible and your kids will have a blast playing with the fun toys!

Knockout Fitness is such a great place to workout! They have everything you’ll need from free weights and machines, to the newest equipment for a great cardio workout. I recommend KO Fitness to everyone!

Friendly staff. Clean environment. New state of the art equipment that you can scan the QR code on your phone and it will show you a video on how to properly use to help prevent injury if you are not familiar. Variety of great classes Cycle, bungee, pound, yoga, trapeze fitness, xtreme step, KO strong, and Fly dance! The infrared sauna, spray tan, chiropractor along with the nutrition recovery bar are also a great addition in the suites!
They also offer Ko kids corner!

Nice supportive atmosphere, clean environment, & excellent staff! Plenty of machines to use & well maintained. Lots of classes to choose from with a variety of instructors that make the classes fun. Has a smoothie bar, reasonably priced. Has sauna. They have chiroprator. There is a tanning shop there. They have child care!!! KO Fitness is the best!

Amazing facility with amazing owners! The equipment is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the classes are awesome(I am an instructor but I am also a participant in others classes and love all of them), the sauna is big enough for 2 and very relaxing, the smoothies in the nutrition bar are all tasty and healthy! Also, the members are friendly and love to help out, we are like a fit family! This is the gym for you if you value having a place to workout where everybody knows your name!

I wanted to like this place. I didn't know how to use the machines at this place as I've never been to a gym before. I asked the front desk lady which I think was the Owner? Was very rude and couldn't wait to stop talking to me. I've been in a total of 5 times and 2 times the desk staff was sleeping at the front.

Was signed up tonight to start personal training with Kevin. Was greeted by a rude receptionist then followed by
receiving rude communication from Kevin. They both acted as if my sister and I were bothering them. Will not be back to this gym.

This gym is amazing! Seriously what Kevin and Britt are bringing to our community is top tier, from the service, to the top of the line equipment, they have got it all. There is a body analysis scanner that I’ve never seen any gym have, heck even the water is enhanced. There’s been 3 things I’ve heard people ask about and within a week it’s at the gym for them, to me that’s unheard of. It’s welcoming to anyone at any stage in their fitness journey, this is the type of business our town needs and we should definitely be supporting it! Kevin and Britt thank you for all the time and work you’ve put into this already, very excited to see where you take it.

With this being a 13,500 square-foot place there’s lots of space and the atmosphere is very clean and nice I can only imagine positive things from this gym. Glad to see that there is a new gym in town.
