Lonnie Bush trained me years ago... her workouts are a part of my everyday life now...she worked out while she was battling cancer and Even lost a nail from kemo treatment during her routine and never missed a beat. I am still scared of this woman and her intensity of workouts!! But I'll be asking her for help soon enough to shape this non summer bod!!!
