I have seen so much improvement since I first started. When I joined, I couldn’t even lift the bar, and now I can add weight onto it, which is something I never thought I’d be able to do. Everyone here is so supportive and encouraging, no matter your fitness level. The community is really welcoming and motivating, and it makes working out something I actually look forward to. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

The equipments in good shape, everyone there (staff and members) have always been kind, supportive, and helpful. I also really enjoy the open gym hours so I can come and do my own thing on my schedule when work or life gets in the way. The coaches are always ready to explain and teach, and I would definitely recommend Midwest Method for anyone looking to get into CrossFit.

I need the group classes to keep me motivated and this is a great place. AWESOME instructors who personalize the more difficult workouts so you don't get hurt by doing too much too fast, and you feel great ( exhausted but great) when it's all done! This feeling of accomplishment keeps you on track and always wanting to go back!

I was a little worried about joining a CrossFit gym. But all my worries just went out the door once I started here. Plus it’s not just CrossFit. They have the best 5:15am HITT style class. Perfect workout before work. I really enjoy this class. It helps me work on form, and different muscles every day of the week. If you need any type of modification on a move they are more than willing to help with that. They care that you enjoy your workout. So glad they have these classes and I joined!

So my friend wanted to try cross fit but didn't wanna go alone. So she asked me if I would try it with her. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From day one the owners Tricia and Ross have been so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. Everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging as well. I really love going!! If you have been wanting to try it and just have been to nervous or think you can't do it JUST DO IT!! I PROMISE YOU WANT REGRET IT!

The atmosphere here is amazing. Super supportive and great for parents. They have an area for kids to be close by and insight. The owner played with our child while we were in class, just to support us. So very glad we joined and I would have never pushed myself and had better results if I did this myself. I was surprised how affordable it is with guided workouts and classes with less than 10 people.

I highly recommend Midwest! I’ve been going for about 2 months now and can already tell a difference in endurance and strength! Every class I leave feeling like I got a great workout in! I knew going into CrossFit I had a lot to learn but the coaches have been wonderful in walking me through technique and movements! I am competing in my first HYROX comp in March and the coaches have been helping me with workouts that will help me be the most successful come competition day! The community is amazing here and you will leave feeling accomplished for the day!

What I like most about Midwest Method, are the coaches and other members. I never feel judged for my lack of fitness level and my inexperience in a gym. They help make sure my movements are safe and encourage in a way that’s challenging but accomplishable for my entry level. Take the leap and give it a shot you won’t regret it.

I’m new to CrossFit and the coaches are very patient and ensure I am doing the techniques properly. They push you but also ensure you don’t over do it and hurt yourself. Everyone has been great at Midwest and I absolutely love it. I’m also beginning to see results. I highly recommend Midwest. You get a free week and I promise that’s all it will take and you’ll be hooked.

I started attending Midwest Method about a month ago. I purchased a membership mainly to access their equipment. I was new to the area, so I was just looking for a place with decent parking, and plenty of space to do barbell lifts (e.g., Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts). Midwest Method has been perfect in both respects. Midwest Method has an entire set of quality barbells, plates, and an abundance of squat racks. All the bars that I have used are straight, and their equipment is well maintained. The owners have really done a great job acquiring and maintaining the equipment.

The gym itself has everything you need and nothing you don’t. If you like free weights, you’ll like Midwest Method. The gym is tidy, and the restrooms are always clean. You wouldn’t want to eat off the floor, but you won’t get a staph infection if you workout here and it doesn’t smell funny. What more can you ask for?

I don’t (currently) participate in any of the CrossFit classes. However, if I were to start doing CrossFit, I would do it here. I’ve had the chance to observe 3 coaches, and they are all great. They are friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. The coaches really seem to enjoy what they do, which is pretty impressive since I'm usually there around 5-6:00 am. Honestly, the environment here is fantastic. I don’t typically write google reviews and I didn't think I would ever evangelize for a gym, but I’ve been so impressed with this place that I wanted to spread the word. If you’re looking for a gym, give this place a shot.

I started CrossFit at MWM about five years ago. I was super intimidated going into it because I have never done anything like it before, but wanted to try something new. The coaches and members of this gym made me feel so welcomed and helped me progress along the way. Now five years later this gym and its members have became a second family. With knowledgeable coaches and friends there to cheer you on along the way. I couldn’t recommend it enough. If you’re interested in trying a something new I highly recommend trying MWM.

I got into CrossFit at MWM 5+ years ago on a pay your age trial run for 90 days, I wanted to gain more confidence with obstacle course races & carrying my own body weight. Little did I know from that first class how much I would advance in my fitness. As a life long distance runner, I never knew about Olympic movements and was not interested in lifting a lot of weights. But I have seen the advantages of being able to lift heavier than even my own body weight. The mix of cardio, gymnastics, and Olympic lifting has opened a world of abilities I never though possible for myself.
While some of the faces may have changed over the last 5 years, the idea of community and self improvement remain the same. There is no time frame on movements or PRs and no intimidating pressure is applied. The coaches at this gym give you the tools to advance at your own pace but still motivate you to want to do better than yesterday. I believe anyone who wants to give crossfit a shot, MidWest Method should be your first stop.

Over 2 years ago I walked in scared, everyone was welcoming and so nice!! Today I am still here I have made friends (my CrossFit family) I have gained muscle, I have gained confidence!!
