Midwestern Built Fitness is a gym located on the corner of 10th and Virginia in Joplin, Missouri. We provide fitness classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching for people of all skill levels. Whether you are just trying to fend off the grim reaper or are chasing championships we have something for you.

I donβt recommend it at all they push groups way to much even if it donβt work for your schedule itβs very Click ish So if you donβt fit in your shunned My daughter goes to the childcare with my husband. Thereβs way too many kids in the childcare person favors other kids over those who she really doesnβt know for paying over $200 a month. You would think they would be better. if youβre trying to find a good gym, I donβt recommend this place Not to mention, my husband got in trouble for talking to another member about the workout. They did yet again trying to push the groups. We are definitely looking for new gym. Donβt waste your money here.

I started back in February, just needing something to get me exercising regularly again.
Its only just now been a month and I feel like i have a new family supporting me in taking good care of my body.

The atmosphere at this gym is great! We've dropped in a couple of times and its always a great workout. The coaches are super knowledgeable and they practice what they preach.
Update: their new facility in Joplin is easily the best gym in the area.

Dr. Banks chiropractic is the best! I see him every other week for an adjustment and a big smile and it is always amazing!!! Plus we usually have a good laugh and talk personal and business growth!!! Love it!

This is not just a gym, this is a community that supports all people no matter what their fitness level or goals are. If you want to get ripped this is the place; if you just want to be active this is the place; if you want to get active, lose weight, and have amazing friends to help you get there this is the place for you! This community has always encouraged and accept me and my children. I would gladly tell anyone and everyone how amazing this place is. I love it and love the people!

I go here very frequently. Coaches are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and encouraging. I've learned a lot and have made a lot of progress in my overall physical health since joining roughly over a year ago. Fellow members are also fantastic. They all feel like family if you stick around long enough.
