This gym has made working out something I truly look forward to and love! The trainers and community are incredibly supportive and are genuinely interested in you reaching your goals. When I first started, I knew very little about free weights or how to structure my workouts, but thanks to my trainer, Dr. Mosher, I now feel confident walking in myself and doing the things that make me stronger and healthier. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough!

I have had about a dozen different gym memberships over the last 10 years

Went to Muscle Factory for the first time and I was really impressed. As a regular weightlifter I wanted to see what difference in equipment they had from my current gym. For the past year or so, I’ve been searching around the area for a powerlifting gym, so I was ecstatic to find out this gym had recently opened. I decided to give it a test trial and ended up falling in love with it. The weights are top tier and the atmosphere is great, making it feel more like a community than a regular gym.
