PickUp USA Fitness Kansas City is hands-down my favorite place to play basketball! The facility is clean, organized, and built for real hoopers—whether you’re just getting some runs in or looking to improve your game.

What really makes this place special is the environment they’ve created for families. I bring my kids here for training, and the improvement I’ve seen in their confidence and skills has been incredible. The coaches truly know how to teach, motivate, and make the game fun.

A huge shoutout to Matt—he’s always welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door. His energy sets the tone for the whole gym, and you can tell he’s passionate about creating a great experience for players of all ages.

I have had my 10 year old son enrolled in the youth development league they practice twice a week and games are on saturdays, since enrollnf my son last year when they opened I’ve watched my son’s game grow in one ways than one. Hes grown not only had a athlete but also has a team mate, pick up USA coaches teach hard work and dedication to improve anything your child way need to work on.

We can’t say enough great things about the Youth Development League at PickUp USA! Our child’s basketball skills have grown tremendously, and more importantly, they’ve gained a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the game. The coaches truly take the time to teach—not just drills, but real basketball IQ.
What makes this program stand out even more is the welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Everyone goes above and beyond to make every family feel seen and supported. They genuinely care about the kids and it shows.
We also really appreciate that they don’t tolerate poor behavior—this is a place where kids are taught respect, discipline, and teamwork, all while having fun. It’s such a positive environment, and we feel lucky to be part of it. Highly recommend!

Our 8 & 10 year old girls practically live at Pickup USA. When we aren’t there, they want to be. They have found a joy in basketball that I hope they carry with them for many years. The staff at this location is amazing. We will be here for the long haul!!!

Excellent gym for working out or practicing basketball. Owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pickup games run fast and are a lot of fun. They also have free community events for the youth on some weekdays. Highly recommend visiting.

We have had several practices for our basketball team here and it's great. They lower the hoop so it's the correct height for their age and that makes big difference in how they practice. It's also very clean. I love having practice there.

This is a clean, beautiful place with amazing staff. I'm glad they built one nearby. We'll be there a bunch.
Numerous courts, sitting area, workout machines, free weights, treadmills, bikes, etc.

I've never been here and heard any bad mouthing, cursing, yelling, etc.

That's very impressive, considering all the places we've been throughout KS and MO.

👏 to the owners for making this a family-friendly, safe, clean space for kids to be kids and parents to feel safe their kids are there.
