This location is absolutely terrible and I'm sure the other one is no better. The reformers are old and the springs are rusted. The lobby was filthy underneath all furniture and the surrounding area. Clearly some action is needed to improve and keep up with studio cleanliness. It's also unacceptable to have rusted springs and any Pilates equipment that is well passed due to be replaced.

Iβve been doing Pilates for 11 years, and have gone to studios in St Louis, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware and Australia. I find this studio to be absolutely one of the best. It focuses on classic Pilates (with equipment) and not aerobic or βcheerleaderβ Pilates. I have chronic lower back and sacroiliac joint issues. Pilates is the one activity that has allowed me to get off pain meds (synthetic opiods) and live life fully. For older women (55+), Pilates is essential for flexibility, balance and strength. My PT, pain med and GP doctors all think Pilates has really helped me.

I'm really glad I tried this place out. I only got the chance to try Suzanne but that is because once I took my first class with her, I enjoyed it and stuck with her! It's an intimate setting with great people that take the class with you. Would recommend it to anybody. Thank You Suzanne!

Wow, who knew Pilates was life saving. Lindsay Caine of Pilates + Yoga did. She's been working with me and my wife for years on general health... always raising us to new levels. But I recently had a heart attack and had most of my ribs broken. She was able to work with me to recover and get me back to full strength. I do think having had Pilates for years saved my life, but more, the recovery therapy which had me go back to basics now has me back to full strength and full recovery!!!

Had my first Pilates class ever today with Erin and she knows her stuff! She was very knowledgable about the moves we were doing and helped me through them. She told us where we should be feeling the stretching and corrected as needed. She even noticed one of my scapulas is lower than the other which explains my shoulder pain! Seeing a chiro tomorrow to hopefully get adjusted thanks to her!

Love both studio locations. Iβve been working with Lindsay for 4/5 years now, and she never ceases to amaze me. All of the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Pilates has been the best thing to keep my body upright as a hairstylist who stands on concrete floors all day. Try them out!
