I was refused service despite having a black card, and my account being fully current. I drove 5 miles to the next closest location and had a perfectly fine workout. That location is fine, but it is annoying that I have to drive past this one, but can’t use it.

I really like working out at this gym location. I have worked out at planet fitness locations in three different states in the US and this by far is the best gym club I have worked out. One suggestion I have is to add rep timer on weight machines. None of the machines I have used so far have rep timer on them. Also, one more suggestion I have, when I transfer the home club, the membership does transfer but my home address still remains the same on the contract. This is something that could be looked into, I was told that only way to have the contract address corrected is to start a new gym membership.

This place is horrible because I have stopped my membership in July and still being charged every month and when I call about it they said yes it's been canceled then why am I being charged so I asked for a refund and they told me they will put a request for one really a request it should automatically be a refund there taking people's money and getting away with it that's sad

Planet Fitness in O’Fallon, MO is awesome! The gym is super clean, the staff is friendly, and the equipment is always in great shape. It’s open 24/7, so I can work out whenever it fits my schedule. The “Judgement Free Zone” really makes it comfortable, and the Black Card perks are a nice bonus. It’s a very well ran facility! I Highly recommend!

Been working out for over 10 years, countless different gyms, all across the country, and never had a problem wearing Crocs. (4x4 mode of course!)

Even my favorite IFBB Pro body builder, Jared Feather and Dr.Mike Israetel train in Crocs.

Well for the first time, I was kicked out of the gym for wearing Crocs... The regional manager Eric Abrams says it is up to his discretion and it deeply offends him that I was wearing Crocs.

So I changed into my work boots, which appeased Mr.Abrams, and he let me back in the gym.

Well now my feet are killing me and I hurt my toe because I am not used to working out in these boots.

Assistant to the regional manager Eric Abrams gives off weird vibes. If you go to this gym I would just avoid going during normal business hours.

Very large, two story, updated planet fitness. Great location and staff. One of the nicer planet fitness in the area.

Downside is that planet fitness offers free memberships for high schoolers in the summers. Great for them but terrible for everyone else. The gym becomes a hangout spot and can be hard to get on equipment.

Joined here because Club Fitness decided to take away amenities for their legacy plans. I go to the gym at 4:30am, and all of a sudden I wasnt even allowed to workout until 8am. I've been very happy with my choice, and they don't wait several months to fix equipment like Club Fitness does.

This locations locker room is rarely clean, its pretty gross. Weird given how new it is and how small it is. Specifically the showers/floors and bathroom stalls. Theres only 8 showers and two stalls in the mens so shouldn't be to hard. The staff should be checking them hourly. I can tell the showers weren't mopped Saturday or Sunday last week. FYI this is coming from a former GM of Xist Fitness. Ours were way cleaner and double the size.i dont think I've ever seen anyone clean the bathroom since I joined. Ps build another planet it in O'Fallon and make it bigger, I feel like this one is already close to full and it's fairly new, you gotta fight people to use the free weights during the day.

Hands down the best location I've been to (6 states and counting)..... as I'm sitting in the massage chair that's seat right for taller people!

Staff friendly, place has all the new equipment (Including the cryogenic machine), clean-clean, great shower space, and it's got a 2nd floor?!?!

I travel for work and have been to over 20 planet fitnesses in the past 2 years. This is by far the best one I've been to. It is the largest location with a 2nd floor. They also recently put in 3 racks with barbells that aren't preloaded - this is not common for a planet fitness so it's awesome to see!

The negative reviews must all be about customer service because idk how they can be about the physical location itself. I haven't had any issues with this personally.

I also love how this location is actually 24/7, some locations aren't.

Shout out to Chance at the St Peter’s location for understanding the age restriction policy. For some reason the Ofallon location and general manager do NOT read the policies correctly. Ages 13-14 need a parent. Ages 15-17 need a parent waiver but not a parent present according to all website info. Ofallon location is turning potential memberships away by enforcing that a 15 year old must have a parent present to work out. We left without purchasing a black membership because of this!!! Some major training is needed for consistency and for profits that are otherwise being lost!!! I have sent an email requesting Keri (the regional manager) contact me!

I have been a member for over a year and a half and every employee I've become in contact has been great. However I would like to highlight one employee in particular named Marty at the O'Fallon location. I primarily run into him in the evening and have watched him help customers with technique, tips and ideas and just goes the extra step . Having an employee like that makes the value of my membership that much more important. You can tell he loves what he does

I've been going to planet fitness for years the St Peters location racked up a huge amount of points when I heard the O'Fallon store was opening up I transferred there.... I just found out that all my points have been deleted and I no longer have access to them. Not one time Did I see anything posted in the O'Fallon gym nobody ever told me that this was happening never saw it on the app. When I called to talk to the manager about how displeased I was she wouldn't even talk to me and had an employee address me with that's just the way it goes there's nothing that we can do. Terrible customer service and as far as management goes to let an employee play your role that you're getting paid for as a manager was sad and unexpected

As a paying member that travels a lot you should be able to utilize the parking to stop at night and use the gym and have a morning shower. I was told by a day team member this was ok. Got a knock to leave that same night. The guy was friendly but there is a huge parking lot here. I’m about done with planet fitness

Generally not too busy. A very clean gym that is well-taken care of. Friendly staff who are mostly attentive. Many choices of workout equipment. Classes are available. Black card membership allows you to use the spa. Spa includes message chair, cryo chair, hydro message table and tanning beds. The showers are very clean and really nice. Open 24 hours, there is not much more that you can ask for.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 3-4 months now and I absolutely love it. It’s nice and spacious, never a huge huge crowd to where I can’t get a machine (like at Mid Rivers where I was previously at), lots of spread out equipment for lifting, leg press machines, smith machines, free weights, yoga mats, and lots of cardio equipment too. Pro Tip: the big spacious windows on the top floor make for a great spot to lay a yoga mat down and get a good ab routine in while looking up at the sky!

I wanted to try a new PF location and I'm glad I did. The staff were so nice and accommodating, I love that some machines face outside, and the relaxation zone is top tier! I hope the prior reviews regarding service have been completely addressed and my experience is closer to the norm than theirs. I look forward to returning to this location.

The staff is wonderful and so sweet: I lost a headphone, like two months ago, having dropped it on the stair-master. It proceeded to sink into the internal mechanisms of the machine, so, I thought, that particular AirPod was a goner (after a stint in which Jack was swimming on all fours to find it, might I add). Well, today, I did it again! Exact same set of stairs, exact same bumbling fool having lost it 😌 Came TO the gym, two AirPods present, left FROM the gym, a solitary ‘Pod in my pocket. The staff was RELENTLESSLY searching, already, when I left.I GUESS I SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN SURPRISED TO, DURING THE WALK INSIDE MY HOUSE, RECEIVE A CALL ABOUT THEIR RETRIEVAL OF EITHER AIRPOD. I love my PF family!!

Went to check out the OFallon planet fitness that opened up on highway K because it just opened up and the girl at the front didn’t even greet me. She was wearing a black polo and was distracted on her phone. I find that to be very unprofessional of her. The name tag and polo makes me think she has a leadership role. I can’t believe planet fitness would have someone like her in a leadership position at their brand new location when she can’t even greet a new member because she can’t get off her phone. And as I left she didn’t say goodbye because she was talking to this guy that worked there. Definitely not going back there again.

I belong to 2 different "fitness" gyms on highway K. I joined Planet Fitness as soon as it opened and haven't been back to the other one since then. PF is in my opinion far superior for a couple of reasons, it's cleaner, machines constantly being wiped down and surfaces dusted and the staff is much friendlier. At PF the staff is down to earth and they actually walk around and talk to the members unlike the other place. I worked in the guest service industry for 20 years in casinos and several people at PF provide excellent customer service and deserve special recognition...Jack, Aimee and Tory. It's always a pleasure to see your smiling faces when I come through the door and always enjoy our conversations.

Planet Fitness has been perfect!! And I have to give a Shout Out to Isaiah, the Planet Fitness night guy. don't know his last name, but he does one hell of a job!!! He is always polite, professional, always cleaning!! I've never seen a gym so clean. He's there if you need him and can pretty much tell you anything you want to know about the club.

Would be nice to see the other employees show Isaiah's enthusiasm and dedication.
Of course I'm only there from 4:00am to 5:30am. so I really haven't had the chance to see or talk to the daytime staff.

Love this place. They may not have free weight bench press which as a women would appreciate if they did, but I make due. I also wish they had a heavier set of barbells than 60lbs for deadlifts. Staff is very polite and customer service is over the top fantastic. Clean facility. HOWEVER, I think for a gym that does not promote judgement or name calling should remove their "LUNK" sign making fun of us who are serious about our workouts. Name calling is not ok no matter who is doing it. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I do have a membership myself for Planet Fitness but I don't if it will work at this location cause I primarily go to the one by Mid Rivers Mall cause I know most locations are particular about stuff depending where you live. This gym is one on the most racist gyms that I have ever visit. My mom & I visit this O’fallon, MO gym. With intentions on joining Jan.8, 2024. When we first walked in there were 3 employees at the front desk area. So I asked if it would be possible to take a tour of the gym. The 3 front desk employees all looked as if they had never seen an African America before. One of the male employees wearing glasses grabbed an iPad so that I could input my info in before touring the gym. Meanwhile, the female regional manager. I did not catch her name. However, she is a white female with yellowish blonde hair. However, she was extremely rude to mom & I. She told us to move so that the other customer could scan the card or whatever to enter the gym. It was not what she said. It was how she said it. Her disposition was terrible. And companies wonder why people are quick to file discrimination lawsuits. It’s disheartening. This Planet Fitness lost my business. DO NOT enter this gym if you are African American. The regional manager is a racist.

I was interested in being a member. All I wanted was a free one day pass to try it out. I called and the one day pass was $21.00. Of course I told them that is ridiculous. I am considering being a fulltime member and cannot try out the gym one day for free. I was told I could download the app and the one day would be free. I tried to download the app but it was not compatible with my perfectly good Samsung Galaxy Android phone. This is the only app I have ever tried to download that was incompatible. And predictably there was noone with authority there at the gym who could allow me to try out the gym for one day. That was all I needed to know. Bad business practice.

I had a great experience at Mid Rivers while OFallon was being built. Normally, I'm not the best with change due to anxiety. It was awesome to walk into OFallon and see Jack, who I recognized from Mid Rivers. I love the environment. The staff is approachable, helpful, and relatable. The facilities are great, and I haven't even made my way upstairs yet.
