Our main gym! The place is always clean, everyone here is so nice they even remember your name. As far as I can tell, the rest of the clientele are also very friendly and respectful. Shout-out to the trainer, Nick! Very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, great at collaborating. This is a great spot, been coming a couple years! It's the great people who keep us coming back!

My preferred location over the years. In my experience, it is consistently clean and staff are professional. Parking lot often has an overland pd vehicle in the parking lot, which is great for deterring bad actors who target gyms. Plenty of parking and easy access from 170. Two thumbs. Up.

Worst PF, I just found out they have been charging my account since early 2023 without consent and after I had canceled the membership. I’ve tried calling this location over 10 times and no one will answer. Disputing through my bank currently and the guy from the bank said his sister had the same thing happen to her. They randomly start charging you even if your account is closed.

I travel 35 minutes to get to the Terre.Haute planet fitness south and it is among the best gyms i've ever Visited. I can get a great workout and it's very casual and friendly. 35 dollars a month Get me every sort of exercise machine and whites.And three types of massage machines and suntanning if I want it.

I get that ppl may have a lot going on in there life, school other jobs, etc but come on now....a line must be drawn. 2/17/25 was my first day going. The young lady who scan my card had an attitude. This location felt dead inside. Only one worker was friendly. The rest act like they hated their job. I will try another location tomorrow. Music dead and workers dead. Please don't ask them anything because your bothering them attitude. This is the Overland location.

They say no contract but yet you have to sign one. Pressure selling to get you to upgrade. Not all areas are available unless you upgrade. The massage chairs were completely wore out. After attempting to cancel my account twice I had to change my bank account to get them to stop charging me. This is after charging me over $250 in 1 year and I only went there twice the first month. And good luck getting a hold of corporate.

You need an excellent liquid to disinfect the machines since whenever I clean a machine most of the liquids on top or around the garbage are scrambled with only water you need disinfectant and please do not stir it with just water thank you very much

This place is imaculate. During the day, at least one staff member is always cleaning. There are also regularly-placed cleaning stations with paper towels and cleaning spray. Many/most patrons wipe down the equipment after using it.

Plenty of equipment. Enough cardio machines for probably 200 people at once, so obviously that's never a problem. Much less weight equipment, but there's enough variety - between basic machines, cable machines, squat racks, kettlebells, dumbells, medicine balls, and some pieces of equipment that frankly I can't identify, that I can almost get in my full workout even if someone is hogging one particular piece of equipment.

There is also a 30-minute workout area, with various weight machines and step platforms for cardio, with a light on the wall letting you know when to swap machines.

5:30 in the morning and the place was very quiet. I had my pick of machines with no one else on any of the Thirty Minute Circuit while I did my workout. After, the shower went fine with plenty of hot water.

No complaints, this was a good stop as me and my Black Card make our way across the Saint Louis Planet Fitness clubs.

Very big gym with double exercise equipment so if somebody's on one always jump on the other equipment.
All the equipment is very easy to use and locate
all the equipment has pictures of how to use so you can work on your technique and form.
They have nice showers, lockers, private changing rooms, tanning beds, HydroMassage beds, and reclining massage chairs
Staff is always friendly and keeping equipment clean.
Very affordable per month only $10 or for the premium membership is only 20 for all the benefits.

My experience with Planet Fitness was fine until today. It logged me out of the app so I asked the girl at the counter to assist. I told her I think I may need to update the card on file. She assured me multiple times that there was nothing wrong with the account. Then she looks a little more and says I owe $75 but that would get me to my next date. I said when is that, "and she said "your next date". I had already told her I did not know when that was...then she said $45 is what I actually owed. At this point I was already getting frustrated with not only her lack of professionalism but her lack of knowledge with her job and lack of willingness to help. I told her to cancel it. Then she says she cannot cancel it until I pay $75. I said cancel it. Well then all of a sudden she says okay she will cancel it and I will have until the 16th to use the club. I said how does that make sense, I just needed her help to use the club today.. she would not allow me to use the club until I pay, but if I cancel I can use it?? Then she brings out the manager who says my account is already inactive and I need to pay $95. This place is a mess and no one seems to know what they are doing. I would not recommend this club! The no contract thing sounds great but you get charged even if you do not go so beware.

Thanks for going above and beyond for me James. James is the manager on duty during the day time hours, today I misplaced my phone and couldn’t find it anywhere. I went to the desk to see if someone turned it in. Unfortunately it wasn’t there. He suggested we look for it, only using two machines we came up with no luck, but he suggested looking into the trash cans just in case. To my very surprise there it was, sitting right on top of all the towels at the cleaning station I used last. If it wasn’t for him I would have never thought to look there as who doesn’t remember throwing their cell phone away. Thanks again!!

Hi. Normally, I don’t take the time out to provide reviews, but I have been thinking about the way the atmosphere has changed within the last few months at plant fitness. When you are an employee and you are the 1st person the members come in contact with. It’s so important that you welcome them. And just put out a positive vibe. Yes, this is just a gym. It’s still important to be a great employee and show the members it’s a great place to come. There are a few great comments I can say, about “Kayla”. She has a warm friendly welcome and she make the members feel welcomed. I have seen her just smile and remember the members as they search for their phones to signed in. She’ll say, I got you. And the restrooms has been extremely clean ( Monday-Friday) the weekend need help. When she is not there. I can tell. Thank you Kayla you are the best.

I highly enjoyed the machines, not all locations have the same machines the massage chairs at this location are the newest that I've seen in my past visits, of ten or more PF location around the nation. I interfaced with James initially at this location who seemed attentive, not overly motivated maybe he stayed up too late the night before. Thanks for hosting me, I enjoyed the equipment the personality of the other male employee who was cleaning the store very good attitude bright and cheerful I should have looked at name tags a little closer because the female working was also representing with a good personality. Went in last week to take a tour. The gym looked pretty clean. Nolen took me on a tour and was really helpful. The locker room was pretty good. This is the cleanest shower I could find here. All of them are growing mold and looks like they have never been scrubbed. And no I don’t want to speak to the one overnight worker that has no control. I left for Texas and went in and cancelled my membership.

I’ve been getting charged for nearly 5 months now. I’m out of state so I can’t go back in and cancel, nor am I allowed to transfer it.

It’s impossible to cancel your membership here and I had to go to the bank to stop payment.

If I was in Missouri I’d sue.

I love the gym but because it’s so hard to cancel I’ll never be returning to their gym again. Unless you want to be locked into a lifetime contract with these guys I’d strongly suggest finding another gym.

I almost wonder if they’re having money problems and this is why they hold customers hostage.

they only have red light therapy in a tanning booth, so you can't use it long enough for it to make a difference in your health. Red light therapy needs 10 to 12 minutes You can't stay that long in a tanning booth unless you want skin cancer, so I probably won't be using this gym again

Do yourself a favor and don't come on Wednesday nights it is consistently busy from 9-11 and has the most inconsiderate people: Not reracking weights on smith machines, taking dumbbells to literally as far away from the dumbbell racks and just leaving them (it's a tripping hazard with employees not doing walk thrus very often), weight plates strewn about the floor, people hogging as many cable attachments as possible etc etc pretty much every other night is fine but it seems like the rudest people just converge here on Wednesdays

I frequently drive through America. I do not like when gyms do not update their pictures. I have added several.

I am a cardio freak. The current cardio equipment is LifeFitness. This equipment breaks easy or PF cannot keep up with maintenance.

Please go back to Matrix and comparable cardio equipment.
