I took my first class 5 or 6 weeks ago and I have become hooked ever since. Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming. When there have been times that I wasn't quite sure of what we were doing, the instructors have been so quick to help me out and will even demonstrate things for me after class to make sure I have a better understanding for the future. I am so excited to keep attending classes!

This is convenient to my home, user friendly app/website, and many class time options. The studio is comfortable, clean, and every class kicks my butt (literally)! Highly recommend to those prepared in their body and mind for a high intensity work out, though modifications are always an option I do think this is a higher level class.

The two single classes and trainers were great! However, be aware that they only have a 14 day policy when buying class packs and all of the classes within the 2 week period that I could attend were booked and the waitlist was long and didn't move. I wasn't able to use any of my 3 classes within the pack and when I reached out to the studio, they just sent the agreement I signed stating the 14 day period and told me i could've come into the studio before a class and hope for a no show. I totally understand having an expiration date on class packs, but as a new client, I had no idea how quickly classes filled up and am disappointed that I never got to use my classes I paid for and the studio was not helpful or considerate.

I used to love coming here so much that I had an unlimited monthly membership for over a year. I stopped because I moved to another state, but frequently come back to visit and when I am back in town, I attempt to take a class. I say attempt because the process to reserve a class now is absolutely ridiculous. There is a “standby” and a “waitlist” and even if you click “reserve class” this doesn’t mean you have reserved the class. I understand there may have been high no shows therefore leaving lots of open spots and the owners put this in place to fill empty megas, but the whole process is frustrating. Sadly I am crossing this place off my list moving forward. 5 stars for the workout if you can actually get into a class.

PLNK has literally changed my world, no seriously! As a former trainer you work so hard to put together programs for your clients that it seems daunting to put together your own. PLNK not only takes that out of the equation, but adds a little spice and razzle dazzle. It’s 50 of non-stop cardio and resistance training without the “I can’t walk” feeling later. Not to mention the fantastic instructors who are there to guide you and motivate you thru. I wouldn’t trade it for the world! Come get your PLNK on!

Great lagree studio! I took a class because I was in town for the holidays. Lilly was my coach and she was awesome. I loved her sequence- super challenging. Her playlist was great, and cues were easy to follow.
The space itself is beautiful. I love the little motivational words/quotes on the floor. The space was clean and the bathrooms were nice and well stocked. Will definitely be back when I come to town.

I’ve been coming for about 3 months now, I just hit 31 classes! I have some injuries (cervical spine damage, rotator cuff tare, body trauma in the form of knots) that have been slowly improving since I joined. I’m getting stronger, I’m more agile, my curves are starting to come out, and the best part is slowly releasing the trauma that I have held physically for so many years. Classes are tough, but ALL of the coaches are AMAZING! Shoutout to Erin and Gwenevere, I really appreciate how you encourage and motivate me every class!
I also have to add, I will be 37 in October, I’m 5”5 and I weigh 245lbs. If there is anymore near my size or age or who also suffers from injuries, you can do this too!

My first time ever writing a google review! I could not get them to call to discuss the ending of membership. I was simply asking for a phone call so they could explain it to me and instead they copied and pasted the same reply 8 times. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Also, my daughter had a pulled calf muscle and was still charged for cancelling when she emailed 6 hours in advance. It would have been dangerous for her to attend that class. I hope the owners read this and in the future use basic customer service and respect with their customers.

I have been a member at PLNK for a year and a half now. The classes are challenging, but so rewarding. I noticed a difference in my body within only weeks of starting classes. I have a lot to cover here!
1. The trainer Erin made me feel at ease. This was my first lagree class and I had no idea what to do. I also felt a little out of place because the demographic here differs from me. The trainer made me feel welcomed, helped fixed my form and posture from time and time, and encouraged me at the end. That is probably the main reason I will return.
2. I was sweating within 3 minutes. I've done some slight research on lagree and I'm definitely looking for a workout method that maximizes results in an efficient way. I often lose motivation within a month of going to the gym because I could go for an hour and not really spend that time doing a full body work out.
3. The studio is extremely nice. The offer towels, wipes to clean off the megaformer, a kid's area, a locker room, fun music playing, and a bunch of mirrors to see what you're doing!
Because the price is costly I think it is important to have great amenities and staff that makes it well worth it!

I was able to visit a PLNK studio in STL. The workout is WAY fun and challenging. I would say doing this 3-5 times a week could get you in shape fairly quickly even. If a PLNK were closer to my own state, I'd join... But only under one condition. The prices would have to adjust significantly. For what people pay, they could hire a personal trainer. With that said, a personal trainer may not be everyone's preference so there's that. Great workout but the prices are out of reach for the people who probably need it the most. Other than that, I'd give it 5 stars.

Loved my first class at PLNK! I was looking for something similar to a class I'd taken in San Diego, and this was it! Maddie, my instructor, was friendly and super helpful when I didn't quite get a move. My legs, abs and arms were all shaking and I loved it! Such a great workout, and not something I'm used since I've been mainly doing Peloton workouts for the past few years. Can't wait to go back!

I cannot say enough good things about PLNK. I started religiously going everyday, sometimes twice a day, since November. I feel strong and toned. I felt like I had hit a plateau in the gym when I was lifting so I decided to start doing PLNK and I’m so happy I did. Every instructor is amazing and have not only been extremely helpful, but also encouraging. I look forward to working out again for the first time in a long time.

Plnk is decent. I was visiting from out of state and dropped in because I sometimes do lagree pilates. I do wish that instead of talking us through the moves - our instructor demonstrated the moves and provided modifications throughout the workout. There were often times where everyone who wasn’t a regular had to stop, look at each other, and figure out what the correct movement was. It was also a little hard on morale when I couldn’t do the advanced version and had no modification to fall back on. In other classes, I’ve been able to avoid taking breaks frequently because the instructor provided plenty of modifications (a big part of lagree seems to be maximizing time under tension). For these reasons, I wouldn’t be a regular here, but I would return if I was in town.

Unbelievable workout!!! I have been going to other workouts in the area, and I saw no change in my body. 3 weeks of PLNK later and my body has completely changed - I feel strong, lean, and toned.

This place is an absolute dream! You can combine many workouts in one such as weights, pilates, yoga, and everything else you know. It works the muscles you didn’t know you had. I really enjoy both PLNK locations in STL. Friendly instructors, clean studio spaces (great showers if you need to go to work after), and a great vibe. This is a challenging workout, but as a runner, swimmer, and yogi, I feel like it fills in lots of gaps in my training. I also love it because I've been able to do it while recovering from various injuries (low impact), and you can modify as needed as you learn how to do a lot of the moves and/or get stronger!

PLNK is inherently very tough, but the instructors do a great job of making sure you feel comfortable to break when needed and to push yourself when possible. Small class sizes allow the class to feel more personal and intimate. Lastly, the studio is gorgeous and modern and offers great amenities in the bathrooms including showers, salon quality shampoo and conditioner and all the other things you'll need to get ready after class. Great facility!

I have experienced major change in my body through this method, which focuses on functional strength and stability and recruiting small twitch muscle fibers. I have been working out at PLNK for three years and EVERY SINGLE class challenges me to my core. I started taking class because my friend recommended I try it because I really wanted to “tone up.” PLNK has kicked my butt into shape and helped me gain strength I didn’t know I had. Sometime after starting this studio I was diagnosed with diabetes and by doing PLNK 8X a month I have been able to manage my diabetes by staying active and I was able to lower my A1C! AND now PLNK is helping me through my pregnancy by helping prepare my body for labor and postpartum. PLNK is intense but WORTH every sweat! Best workout I’ve found in STL!

They care about your experience and are always willing to provide modifications. The 50-minute class is competitive but not with the other students. The competition is with yourself. Can you hold that plank just a little longer? Will you push to stay in that Mermaid or Dancing Bear just 30 more seconds? You will see your instructors taking classes alongside you, struggling just like you, challenging themselves too. And finally the facilities and equipment, (both in Ladue and the newest location in the CWE) are attended to with care. Clean, safe, bright, welcoming. The short male instructor was very rude and and would not let me "plank" by my friend. We went to the THIRTY DOLLAR class to have someone be rude and condescending. Super uninviting environment for a difficult class. We hung around to talk after class, and he asked why we were still there 10 minutes after!! So rude.

I am absolutely addicted to PLNK. I used to have a hard time getting motivated to workout but I cannot wait to go to PLNK! It's very intense and challenging and I love every minute of it. I've had almost every instructor at least once and all are great! The studio is beautifully designed and always clean, even the childcare room! That's just another great benefit, childcare! The sitters in the childcare room are always happy and friendly, my son loves it. PLNK is my favorite way to start the day!

I have been so impressed with the instructors and workout at PLNK since I first walked through its doors. Not to mention it’s a gorgeous space (even the bathrooms)! The Lagree fitness method is incredibly efficient and I noticed positive changes to my strength and overall fitness after just a few sessions. The instructors are great and do an amazing job of pushing you to go a little bit farther (and slower) each time. I have really enjoyed all of my workouts at PLNK STL. It's different in that you are getting a really intense workout without using any weights nor any stress on your joints. I was even able to get in a great workout while I had a hip injury. All of the instructors are really knowledgeable and do a great job cueing the class. The studio is spotless and has a really cool vibe that makes you want to hang out (or come back for more!) I wish the studio was closer to my home so I could go every day!

I have been attending classes at PLNK rather regularly since the studio has opened. Every instructor is so knowledgeable, welcoming and provides ample modifications should you need it. The studio itself is beautiful and well kept with amenities including lockers, showers, and towels. It is a very challenging workout that works your muscles like nothing else but also is a mental workout, which is something I had never experienced before in any type of class. Before PLNK, I did pilates reformer classes but always felt like I needed to do some cardio after. PLNK fatigues your muscles like Pilates (actually, fatigues them more!) but also gets your heart rate up, so is a very efficient workout. I drive 35 min each way to PLNK since there is nothing else like it....totally worth the drive. Go check it out---you will end up sore, but won't regret it!

I absolutely love this studio! I've gone up from 3 to 4 to 5 times a week now because I just can't stay away. I've seen great results (toning in places I didn't know I could tone) and the instructors are amazing. It's an intense workout, but that's what keeps it interesting and engaging. Plnk was one of the most challenging workouts I have every done. I am no stranger to working out, yet this was different than anything I had tried previously. The slow, focused movements forced me to use every bit of strength I had and you will feel muscles you didn't even know you had. The studio is beautiful and the instruction is sound. What a great fully body workout. Even though the exercises are performed slowly and controlled, the pace of the class was fast and the intensity we worked our muscles was extreme, I even had to stop during some of the exercises through pure exhaustion. Lagree -challenges and fatigues the muscles like no other-and I love this studio- all the instructors(I met) are fabulous and so friendly, the equipment is top of the line and everything is so clean and new.
